What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

SFI is not for everyone. That fact must be first established. It can be very disheartening to find that some people took time to register, affix their passport and do nothing. You send them mails, do whatever you can to “kick start “ them , to no avail. In such circumstances, there is nothing else to do than just be sending them the usual mails…. Hoping one day they will come back.
However, they must be told that inactivity will lead to their names being deleted after sometime. Most impotently, concentrate on the ones that are active. Let them be your source of encouragement.

'it has been my observation that most sucessful people get ahead during the time other people waste.' ( Henry Ford). This is what those sucessful SFI leaders believe. There is a lot to learn in this business and they are willing to learn it. While others are coming for quick money , those leader wants knowledge and team building. While others are bussy looking for get rich quick schemes, those leaders are busy understanding SFI business, advertising, building and duplicating their team . It takes not just hard work , but smart work. It take your time, energy , planning and enthusiasm,.. ' nothing great was ever done without enthusiam' (Emerson)

When someone asks you why they should join SFI, what do you say?

SFI
The reason to join SFI are so many and varied. Everyone want to be independent financially , every one wants to be as free as he want. With SFI, you have this and more. This is a business that you do not need to spend money to learn . You don't need special education. You do not need to pay for tutorial classes. Every thing is supplied at your fingers tip.
This business is not selective. It is open to all. The only qualification is the willingness TO-DO it daily. The business is like a Plant in the nursery, you nurture it to a big tree. You do not need to hawk any thing , you do not need to pay for any thing , if you donot need to.
The most important fact is that you can earn from several ways. ... Ranging from auctions, selling your old items, gaining from the pool of declarations and a lot more. Believe me, it is the best business. : my reason is that it is enduring.

I live in Africa. How can I become successful in SFI?

That is a very salient question. As an African too, I know its peculiarities. Some procedures that apply in other countries , may not be applicable there. This being so , you have to modify certain things to suit your environment in terms of the following:
1). Approach to sign up will depend on the beliefs and culture of the people
2).You need to embark on enlightenment campaign on your people so that they understand what you are doing is not at variance to their culture but add to improve their welfare.
3) You need to breakdown certain terms in a way they might understand
4)Internet and source of electricity might also be what you might grapple with . You might set up a café or liaise with or invite a proprietor of a café into SFI so that his or her shop will be an ECA .such places will help other affiliates with no computer or power source to go there to work out their daily TO-DO task
5) Most importantly ,Live by example .

ECA is one of the best thing to happen in SFI. Members have advantage of buying from local shops especially and in their local currency too. The local ECA can sell Tcurrency to members who will pay them in local currencies. They can also sell books, clothing , home use items . All the available things that a member buys from other shops , can be bought in ECA provided they are not among the prohibited items. On top of that , they have Versa points in return.

You can use a very simplified method to do your activities for the month and maintain your EA status. It is not complex. When you know you limitation, you will look for a way out. I suggest this: do the following for say 3 months and subsequently, it will pay off cheaper.
Place a standing order of a S- builder co-op for $22 at with a 280 versa point and 160 Tcredit. You can also place a standing order for 8 units of 1 TCredits @ $1.89 each with 102 VersaPoints each. (8x1.89) gives $15.2 , (102X8 = 816 versa point).
With your daily actions, you will have at 450 VP. This will get your needed 1546. The initial cost may be a bit high $37.12, subsequently , it will be much less as you are having affiliates for the 3 months. Subsequently , you will have it much cheaper

What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

There is a pressure in every man to continuously have more of everything . Fair !. That is life.But in SFI , having several affiliates is good only if they all are effective. But this is not the case. A lot of them stop at the point of entry. To the sponsor they are not very useful initial (they might wakeup later). Therefore, it may be very wise to have a handful of effective down lines that can be easily managed. …those few strong legs that actually walk rather than being nursed around. Knowing that SFI is like the human body. All parts must work properly for an effective person. If a section is sick , the whole is sick. In conclusion, fewer is better if they are effective.

I think thwt both are very good . That is in my opinion , Referring people to triple click will give you your needed points to move on.. However, I believe that the world could have been a dead place if there was no power of duplication. Man, plants lower lives, all duplicates. That is the beauty of nature .So , sponsoring will help to bring more people to do the same thing you are doing. You alone can push but not too far. Tripleclick will feed you fat and heathy, but sponsoring will keep you continuously up the ladder . I prefer to do both , but with greater emphasis on sponsoring affiliates who will come and sponsor othe affiliates. More over, it is much easier to get affiliates initially.

It might be a bit hard , but you can do it if you see diligent. Follow throw this directives,
Be careful and attend to your TO-DO daily actions. It important . Don't miss any. .. Both the daily, weekly and monthly actions. Try and talk to existing shops around you, win them to become ECA. You will have points here too. You may have MRP. Buy some products from at triple click. What ever will remains to balance will be almost negligible which you can afford. .. Hope this helps

Setting goals in SFI is very important. Every human advancement starts from a spot. Even a tree in the forest strives to grow. Stagnant water stinks.
Goal setting in SFI will hep one in the following ways:
1). It is like taking a shots at a spot , not in the dark. There is an aim, a focus ,something to to pursue, an expectation that you daily looked at and nurture.
2). it helps to measure ones achievement in SFI
3).one can appraise oneself at the end of day to see how well one has done in the leadership board.
4.) . It helps in self criticism , which is the foremost in self improvement
5). One can easily analyse if ones method is good enough, and if not satisfied, then it calls for a change of tactics.
it is said that a life without ambition is static and a static one is definitely stunted which will ultimately lead to a not so satisfactory ending.All these is applicable in SFI
