If by "my SFI affiliates" you mean your PSA's and CSA's there is no need to engage them on social media sites like Facebook, in my opinion. The SFI Geneology Report is the best vehicle to engage our PSA's and CSA's. Same thing for A2A members.
Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media sites are excellent in marketing and promoting SFI/TripleClickks, if done appropriately. SFI gives us all excellent training in how to utilize social media sites in our marketing.
In short engage your PSA's and CSA's "in house" within the SFI website and within the SFI "system". The "grass is not greener on the other side" when it come to engaging our downline Team on social media sites.

How can you keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI?

The simplest and most effective way to get affiliates from quitting is to motivate and encourage them to conform to the SFI affiliate system and log in every day. If an affiliate does that they will stay active until they finally "get it" and become a committed SFI EA. New affiliates must understand that SFI is not a "get rich quick scheme" but a "slow burner" that explodes when you become a Team Leader, which is something that is "doable" with just five active EA2's.

What advice would you give to an SFI affiliate who wants to create and maintain their own SFI website?

Creating and maintaining a website or blog is not essential for success with SFI. However is website creation of blogging is something you like to do then b all means build and maintain them. In my own blog, SFI and TripleClicks are featured but I actually blog about something else most of the time. I really think a Facebook Fan Page is perfect for promoting SFI/TripleClicks.
What's best to sell at TripleClicks? Cheap things or more expensive/more valuable items?

TriplClicks is the online "global garage sale" and as such, garage sale items are nearly always on the "cheap" side. However TripleClicks is also a commercial services program with many "high dollar" items. There is a huge market for both "cheap things" and "more valuable" items on TripleClicks. I recommend going for both type of listings.
What are the things that most make you proud to be an SFI affiliate?

I am most proud of the creator and owner of SFI/TripleClicks, Gery Carson. This is a man of vision and commitment who truly wants individuals to succeed as home business entrepreneurs. I have watched SFI/TripleClicks evolve over the years and there is still the same integrity and commitment by Mr. Carson to all who join this affiliate program and e-commerce site.
What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

For various reasons, SFI is not going to be for everybody. We don't need everybody. We just need a few active PSA's to have a successful SFI home business. Some now active SFI affiliates may have been dormant for weeks before they finally realized the SFI potential for income. Just continue sending at least a weekly Team Mail message to them. We can also consider using their regular e-mail address if they have provided it but we need to be very tactful about using their regular e-mail address. Don't give up on any PSA, no matter how inactive they may be at the moment.

What is the best way to associate my blog websites with SFI?

I believe the best way to associate SFI/TripleClicks with your blog is indirectly. For instance in my case, I blog about network and social media marketing but my blog layout is full of SFI and TripleClicks banners, widgets and links. One could also blog about shopping, home businesses, e-commerce or any other related subject. Just offer your readers "value content" so they will follow your blog and in time take a look at SFI and TripleClicks.
How can you offer financial support to a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged?

Qualifying for EA status or maintaining EA status becomes almost impossible after the second month without some monetary purchase TripleClicks products. If a hard working PSA/CSA truly is 'cash strapped" with no money for a TripleClicks purchase or Standing Order you can use the Gift Certificate Manager to give this affiliate enough money to buy 10 T-Credits (worth approximately $20). The VP from 10 T-Credits plus all of your daily "To Do" activities will give that hard working PSA/CSA enough VP to qualify for EA. Only do this for PSA's who are truly financially strapped but are logging in every day and performing all their "Too Do" list daily and weekly activities as proof they are genuinely committed to the SFI System and Vision.

What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

Not to be disrespectful but I don't feel there can be "too much" or "unnecessary communications" with your team. Obviously you don't need to send Team Mails everyday. Once a week is sufficient for most PSA's. Some individual PSA's may desire more frequent communications. If anything we don't communicate enough with our PSA's.
I want to start a newsletter for my team of affiliates. Which topics should I focus on?

The SFI affiliate program and marketing system has all the technical advice and know how any affiliate would desire and need. I feel a great newsletter topic to focus on is inspirational and self help topics. However we should never cross solicit for other programs or advertising systems except an SFI Co-Op.
