You are always noticed by your sponsor as he/she visits his movers tab. If you are active your brief profile appears. You are always noticed by your sponsor.

If I find new person appears in 'MoversTab', I immediately visit his VP ledger and look for missing VP and advise to complete them.

Only requirement is you and your sponsor both should be active.

I joined SFI in December 2012 at the age of 62. I am happy as I am getting commissions regularly though in small amounts. I am neither disappointed nor discouraged by my age. I am putting my efforts in part time since I have regular job still. I have a strong belief I can build my business and make substantial commissions in another two years time when I stop working for someone.

Trust me, believe in your abilities you will succeed. Age is not a factor at all if you the ability to read and implement the training tools provided here at SFI.

With my short duration of staying with SFI, I found the genealogy to be the most powerful tool presented to the affiliates. One can pick up the selected affiliates, from 1st generation to 10th generation as well as CSAs, to address, to assign PSAs, offer gifts, transfer T Credits and all the activities related to sponsoring and motivating. It works on simple and easy to manipulate filter system. It saves a lot of time. Time saved is money saved. My first vote goes to Genealogy.

Second in line is S-Builder coop. I did not see the results so far since opted for S-Builder in the last month. I realized the power of S - Builder very late. May I did not understand the inherent power of S - Builder. Though I did not see the results myself, I still recommend S - Builder very strongly.

At the Ask SC, questions are raised on many topics. As such we can consider this as a miniature or condensed forum.

Affiliates express their opinions / suggestions based on their past experience and successes. So the person reading the answers in Ask SC gains access to ready made solutions which can be implemented. There is also enhancement of knowledge to the affiliate.

By reading and voting 10 Ask SC answers affiliate gains 1 VP. This 1 VP helps in progressing in the leadership ladder. At times people fall short by 1 VP and fail to qualify for the next leadership position. Hence each Versa Point is extremely important.

My sincere suggestion to every affiliate is to read minimum of 10 answers and gain that most valuable VP.
