A new affiliate has signed-up, you sent the welcome message, you offered your assistance and support, but they never logged-in since then.

What does this mean? In most cases like this, especially if the sign-up comes from web advertisement, the affiliate just registered to check the business opportunity offered. Then, they either may find it complicated, or they are not willing to invest time, money or personal work, to make their business grow. But they never bother to opt-out.

A successful leader is the one leading to success not only himself but his team as well.

Successful Leaders have made their plans, focus on them and work towards achieving their goals. They work consistently and patiently to build and expand their SFI business. They have read all training material available by SFI and continue to expand their knowledge on internet business.

They log in to their account at least once a day, work daily and complete all actions available. They

A2A friends are people and will behave like any other friends.

Just keep a good relation by being in contact with them. Don’t just shoot a question and expect their assistance if you have never exchanged a word before. Is not nice and it is not very polite. Still, some will respond but lots will not.

So, maintain a good relation with your A2A friends by exchanging messages and/or by recognising and congratulating their achievements through personal messages or

I believe it is the sponsor’s responsibility to keep a good relation with their downline when possible, as not all affiliates will be active and responsive to messages.

Besides the initial welcome message and the weekly team mail, in which assistance must always be offered, the sponsor should monitor the affiliate’s progress and give their advice beforehand guiding them to success. It is understood that no question asked by the affiliate should be left unanswered and all efforts

Besides the requirement to qualify, what is expected of me in becoming a team leader?

Be a Real Leader. To my opinion, this is what is expected of anybody that becomes a Team Leader.

This means that above all, you must Lead by Example. Whatever you want your affiliates to do, YOU must be the first one to do, because they are following your lead!

Complete your leadership page, write and post a "Best Tip" and check regularly if updates and/or adding new content are required.

Welcome new members to your team and offer any assistance possible.

CSAs are either a "gift" when qualifying as EA or Team Leader (second Home CSAs) or won through Pricebenders Auctions, in the Daily Grand or in the Entrepreneur365 Finalist drawing

As I have noticed the CSAs received upon EA qualification are new sign-ups and the chances to become active are the same as any PSA we get through advertising. Second home CSAs have, more or less, indicated their status as they have alrready been with SFI at least for one month.

Aim high! I would say: Aim higher! Set your goals to be realistic and achievable. And then start making your way to them.

Always set your goals somewhat higher that your current status so you must make an effort to achieve them and at the end feel the satisfaction of accomplishing them.
For example, if you normally manage to recruit 5 PSAs in a month, make it your goal to recruit 6 or 7, a number that would be possible to reach. The same applies for EA2 PSAs, your Power
