Be a Real Leader. To my opinion, this is what is expected of anybody that becomes a Team Leader.
This means that above all, you must Lead by Example. Whatever you want your affiliates to do, YOU must be the first one to do, because they are following your lead!
Complete your leadership page, write and post a "Best Tip" and check regularly if updates and/or adding new content are required.
Welcome new members to your team and offer any assistance possible. Be available to answer their questions timely and try to maintain good communication with them.
Send out weekly newsletters to your entire downline and CSAs. You can use the group mailer in your Genealogy and give them tips on how to Run their SFI Business effectively or how and where to advertise, etc.
Build a strong relationship, recognize their good work and achievements and congratulate them. When possible set up a contest or reward them when they have reached a milestone.

Monitor your team members' activities and make suggestions as to how they can achieve more. Motivate and encourage them either through TeamMails or Stream posts.
Run an advertising co-op for your team and teach them that the key to success within SFI is Duplication.
Participate actively in the forum. Post some answers, if possible regularly. Be visible to the SFI community as a whole and to your downline.They will appreciate it.
Earn as many Badges as possible. They are a great way to lead by example and to encourage your team members to duplicate your success.
Keep on reading and learning. Read the latest information and updates of SFI, read the posts at the Forum, read the all the SFI training material. Expand your knowledge by searching in the internet for relevant articles.
Lead by example by being patient, persistent and a Positive Thinker. Aim High and Dream Big!
