Making SFI attractive begins before your new affiliates sign up under you. You gradually learned the important elements that form the basis of good relationship in network marketing business. Your training didn’t just focus only in earning an income but most importantly the skill in dealing with your new affiliates.
You should have been practicing the things that constitute to team leadership ever since you were under the training from your sponsor. By doing so, you’ll be in a position to make SFI more attractive to your new affiliates.
How are you going to make SFI more attractive to your new affiliates?
By asking the following questions, you’ll be able to see clearly how you can contribute in making SFI more attractive to new affiliates:
- Would you like to be recruited by you?
If you were someone looking to join SFI would you join you?
- Are you attractive enough?
What I mean of being attractive is having the traits and characteristics of someone who would be in demand to work with. Here are some traits that may be considered attractive in Network Marketing and maybe see if you could implement these to become more attractive to yourself:
1. Consistency
Are you taking consistent daily action to get yourself to where you want to be? Your badges serve as proofs of your achievements. New affiliates will be attracted to your TL rank, Fast-Track, Ask SC Top Author/Ratings, “Likes” badge, a2a Member, Top Enroller, Overall Power Rank, etc.
You would not want to join someone who only gave half effort. New affiliates would be much motivated to receive messages and maintain connection with an active and outgoing sponsor.
Train and support your new affiliates consistently– from sending your encouragement and motivation, to putting out daily value on your blog, do something every day that advances you to where you want to be, being an attractive sponsor.
2. Actively participating in SFI Forum, Ask SC and EZ Games.
Do you spend time with the other members of SFI? Are you contributing something of long lasting value to SFI community? Are you having fun while growing your SFI business? What’s the intensity level of your participation in SFI Forum, Ask SC and EZ Games? Your answers to these questions will depend how much you’re making SFI attractive to new affiliates and making yourself attractive to your new affiliates.
3. Be yourself.
Being yourself is highly important. If you do try and replicate your Team Leader, do so, but with the unique twist of you. No one likes a clone. Who you are adds value to the marketplace.
Maybe you’re quite humorous. So add a little humor into the mix when you communicate with your new affiliates. Maybe you’re a really friendly and warm individual? Use that to your advantage.
Make sure to sprinkle a bit of who you are when you communicate.
4. Living out your passion
Are you genuinely passionate about your SFI business?
Are you waking up and feeling like you are making a great impact on the lives of others?
Are you in touch with your why?
As for me, I love knowing that I can be a part in bringing about the changes that impact the life of new affiliate.
New affiliates are those who know there is more to life than:
- Living in an emotional cage
- Working 9-5 at an office desk for a boss who doesn’t really care about you
- Not helping others in life
So what do you find you’re passionate about? What is your why?
5. Giver of value.
Someone who is attractive is someone who makes a difference to the lives of others. New affiliates joined SFI to create their new destiny. What a great opportunity to impact the lives of others by making SFI attractive to them, so that they’ll get encourage, motivated and become passionate with their new destiny.
I would highly recommend organizing contests, giving rewards/incentives to promote duplication to your new affiliates who exhibit high level of interest in SFI. There are loads of things you can do to provide value to your new affiliates: Reassigning affiliates, giving away TCredits and Gift Certificates. Get creative and stand out.
If every Team Leader/Sponsor is enthusiastic in making SFI attractive by getting involved, new affiliates will get encouraged and motivated in their journey with SFI. Most likely they’re going to follow the footsteps of their Team Leaders/Sponsors, whose goal is to become successful in SFI.
