Well this is what I should be doing as well as not be doing in my first month as a new ECA :
To do list :
Research on your products or services offered, pricing,back end fulfillment ,shipping and return and refund policy in place ,on time delivery ,after sales follow up prior to listing it and await approval
Have good clear decent pictures and vivid description as a picture tells a thousand words
Send emails to everyone from your PSAS, CSAS,PRMS to T connect to others and post ads and promote your listings regularly
Monitor and fine-tune your listings along the way on what sells and what don't and see how to further improve it
Keep researching to add new listings and follow up with existing and potential customers
Adhere to the SFI ECA rules and be above board and ethical
Not to do list:
Failure to do proper and sufficient research resulting in OVERPRICING,
Substandard products or services and not fulfilling your part be it late or non delivery, shoddy or fake merchandise
Don't try to be funny and skip SFI Tripleclicks and deal direct instead
Unethical and illegal deals
Not following the rules
Well as it is certainly a work in progress therefore I would say that we should be mindful , watchful and be alert and always stay on the ground and be always willing to fine tune and be transparent and honor what you have stated for long term business as it tamales years to build up your reputation and just 1 deal to mess it up
