Should I promote participation in Pricebenders to my team? If so, for what reason(s)?

Of course you should promote Pricebenders auctions. Why? For money, of course. To be honest, we're all here for the money.
Every time your PSAs buy something on Tripleclicks you get the money. They must have l TC ih they want to win. When your PSAs buy TCs - you get money. This is your direct benefit of their participation in the auction.
Of course, your PSA have multiple benefits from participation in the auctions:
1 - for 1TC they can get 5 or 10MPR
2 - for 1TC get 1actions VP
3 - they can participating in Flash drawings (can get 4TC)
4 - they can obtain PSAs
5 - they can win auctions and buy cool stuffs

In my advertising campaigns, is it better to provide more or less information in my ads and why?

I think it is better to provide less information in your add. Why? Because most people don't like reading and they don't pay attention to what you say in long text. It is important to your ads be attractive and unique. You should say important things and don't forget to put some interesting pictures and of course your contact informations. When people contact you, you will give them more information.

If you want to become BTL you will need 3000 VP, but you have to make at least 1000 action versa points. You can make 2000VP from sales without lot efforts (SO or games or you will sell some products). But actions VP are tricky. And you need to have team members to achieve that. You should abet your team members to accomplish that task too. You should help them about marketing and ads. More team members more money for everyone.
How do you get new PSAs to commit to SFI?

You cannot get PSA to committed to SFI. You only can explane all advantage of this job. You should be sincere and show that you really enjoy in your work. You should offer your help but you should not do their job instead of them or persuade sombody to work if that person doesn't want to work or believe in successe whitout work. Your PSA must ownself decide if he want to work or don't. And you should not be sad if sombody give up – one day when he mature and then he will back
