Why do some affiliates find success with SFI in just weeks, while for others it takes months or years?

President Gerry Carson stated somewhere in our training how long it took successful SFI people to start being successful and making a lot of money in SFI. It was 6 months to a year for most of them. For a serious income, even more.
So, finding success is not fast or easy for anybody. But it is possible, with persistence and hard work.
And if someone doesn't look for wealth, but just additional paycheck, they can reach their smaller goal sooner. That's a success, too.
Wishing you and everybody else here the success you are looking for!

How do you set proper goals for yourself in SFI?

Hello!
You know yourself best, so I guess you are not looking for advice on what is in your reach, but about goal setting in SFI in general.
What I like about SFI is that there's not only one way to set or reach your goals. If it were a treasure map, there would be many different routes to the treasure. Yours is paved by your own small, immediate, short-term goals that lead you to your success, your treasure.
So, proper goals in SFI would be the ones that improve YOU - the skills you already have, the knowledge, etc. Those that make you a better marketeer. Try focusing on what you want to improve and make it your goal.
Good luck!

How do I get my downline to focus on duplication? How do I explain the importance of duplication to them?

Hello!
I think Earnings Calculator in SFI's INCOME tab is the key. It tells them how much they will earn if they sponsor people who reach EA2. And we all know it's easily done.
The downline has you, a sponsor and a co-sponsor + SFI materials + great advice from other affiliates here at Ask SC. All these things show how important duplication is. If they still don't understand, I'm afraid that MLM is not for them. And they will give up because they won't find success in SFI without it.
Basically, I would try pointing to Earnings Calculator and others "success through duplication" stories. I hope it will work for you.
Kind regards!

How do you handle being rejected over and over again when presenting the SFI opportunity to others?

Some things are not for everybody. Even SFI, with all its great opportunities, is not for everybody. (But people change, they might soon become somebody who welcomes SFI, who knows?!)
My reaction to rejection? I know the options are 'get bitter' or 'get better'. I must admit that I occasionally get bitter, but I try not to. The idea is not to take it personally (they like me, but might not like or understand SFI), so I aim to improve my presentations.
Can you stop being rejected?
If not: What you can not avoid, WELCOME.
