Encouraging your affiliates to set a standing in when they do not have the means is impossible. Yet, I venture to say that there is something of value on the TC Marketplace that will fit into any budget! So the key to helping affiliates set a standing order relies upon building rapport with them to better understand their budget and personal needs. Some products may not be of benefit added value to your affiliate. If this is the perception, then you must understand.
Affiliates need solutions. They need business solutions and personal solutions. By building rapport with your affiliates, you can better understand their business goals and personal needs. When this is achieved, you simply suggest that the affiliate try a particular product that adds value to their business or personal life. TripleClicks is not intended to be a forced purchase. So if your affiliates feel that having a standing order forces them to spend money that they can't afford then you must address this misconception.
Technically, when affiliates buy valued added products from the TC Marketplace then it is called transfer buying. In other words, the affiliates uses some of their discretionary income to make a sound purchase that they gain from. We are not asking affiliates to go on a shopping spree but rather change where they shop for bargains and good prices. They certainly won't find a better deal than on the TC Marketplace and for those occasions when shopping TripleClicks is not cost savvy; then, it definitely not recommend that affiliates make that purchase. The idea is to get more bang for your bucks, get quality benefit added products, and earn money in the process. When you can get your affiliates to understand the concept of transfer buying then you will get more of them to set standing orders.
In conclusion, dealing with the perception of your affiliates goes a long ways when it comes down to setting a standing order. Never is their a purchase requirement. So, affiliates think that I never need to invest in my business nor is there any thing of value that I would like to purchase from TripleClicks since many don't 'browse the isles'. Nothing could be further from the truth! Therefore, it is imperative that you build rapport to understand their goals, wants, interests, and needs. Then, suggest that they browse the marketplace for something of value to them. Again, with over 55,000 products, there is bound to be something of value for every budget. What's the best answer to give your affiliates when they ask you how to be successful with SFI without investing any money?

Affiliate since: 07/02/2024, Power Rank: 99999999
When your affiliates ask how to be successful in SFI with no investment of money you determine their commitment level and move forward from there. To determine this ask open ended questions. For example, tell me what you hope to accomplish this month in your SFI business? How much time can you commit to learning thr business? When do you anticipate that you will be able to make an investment of cash? It is important for you as the sponsor to ask enough questions to determine your best course of action.
Once determine the approach, give the affiliate a few pointers at a time. Be certain to follow up with this affiliate to help keep them on task. While achieving success is possible without cash, its a path that is going to require an intense level of focus and consistency. As you progress forward keep adding more task with incentives and dead lines. Literally "spoon feed" this affiliate until the are ready to go it without your constant guidance. Reassure the affiliate by providing the necessary tools to grow their business.
In essence, when you have affiliates that don't have clear understanding of how they can achieve SFI success with no money follow this:
1. Clarify the goal.
2. Develop a plan of action that will take you in the right direction.
3. Take "baby steps" with incentives along the way.
4. Follow up. Be sure to offer any assistance needed.
In time these affiliates will mature and begin to grow because you have given them the foundation they need. - Wilg

Remember this simple rule of thumb in advertising (keep it simple stupid) KISS!
You are the expert - your clients are not so don't give them too much information - it will only confuse them.
Give them enough information to grab their attention. Then peak their interest with the most benefit added quality. Finally, tell them the advantage of your product over the competition and ask for their business.

Do you reward your active CSAs the same as you reward your active PSAs? If not, how do you reward them?

Rewarding active CSAs the with the same reward as your PSAs may not be cost effective; however, you should definitely have incentives for your active CSAs. Your direct commission for PSAs is 45%. On CSAs, its only 15%. So you can only give in proportion to the amount of DC they bring. The team building services I provide to my network, I provide across the board. The team support I give across the board. Should I get an email from a CSA and one from a PSA I am going to reply to the one I received first and not as a matter of CSA/PSA!
The same applies when it comes to incentives for my network. They apply to CSAs and PSAs. I have awarded gift certificates to CSAs that I have not awarded to PSAs. It's not a matter of whether you are a PSA or a CSA rather, it is the level of achievement. This is how I determine what incentives go where and to whom. Aiming Higher & Dreaming Bigger - Wilg

What methods do the top enrollers use to sponsor so many affiliates each day?

The way top enrollers sponsor so many affiliates is through paid advertising. Free advertising can work as well when your blog or website has high ranking in the search engines but this takes about 6 mos to about 18 mos and its a lot of work. To control costs a mix of well placed free ads and paid ads gives you more leverage. Finally, the icing on the cake is to join or start a co-op. Co-opting allows you to pool dollars together for the benefit of all the participants. If you can pool together $500 to $1000 dollars per month that's a lot of paid ads and it works like a charm. Remember no advertising can guarantee performance - but you will get sign-ups and the rest is up to them.

How can I best respond to an affiliate who feels they worked hard but are unhappy with their first commission?

Empathize with affiliates who are unsatisfied with their first SFI commission. Tell them what yours was and assure them by explaining why you decided to stay with SFI. My first commission was 6.33! That's peanuts! But, now I've taken my 'peanuts' to make 'peanut butter' and real soon I can see how SFI will provide me some real 'bread & butter!' Seriously, building success does take time. I've been in SFI since 2007 and I didn't get my 'ahh ha' moment until 2010 - 2010! That's 3 years before I started to make 1 dime BUT it was MY fault. When I changed the way I approach my marketing and the business as a whole then my income changed!
Therefore, I continue to encourage and support all affiliates 150%. Remind yourself of why YOU joined SFI. Don't ever give up on your dreams. Replace your fears with faith - your ignorance with knowledge and dig your heels in and work. Patiently and persistantly continue to build on what you know. Stick to it and you will reap what labor you have sown if you faint not!
