What methods can I use to attract college students to join SFI?

You can use all the methods that you would use to promote SFI anywhere. You may need to make some adjustments because you are targeting an age specific group.
These are really the people you want to get interested in business as many are likely to be business leaders in the future.
Remembering students already have a lot of expenses it would be prudent to point out how they are going to make money with no or very little initial expenses.
You can also point out to them that if they reinvest their earnings in advertising and upgrading in SFI they will boost their income even more.
You will be trying to entice some of those with very high intelligence so be careful in your approach to them and make sure you are going to have answers for all their questions if you use a face to face approach.
As for where to go to attract them, you need to go to campus and place flyers wherever you can. Of course only do this after obtaining the necessary permission. You can also frequent the clubs, cafes and bars where the students congregate.

The best ways to start marketing are the ones you feel most comfortable with.
The training available to you with SFI gives many marketing ideas and so it is up to the individual concerned as to how they do their marketing.
Paid marketing usually gives better results than free marketing venues, but many people rely on free marketing until they start earning enough to use the paid venues.
Once you get used to one type of marketing and you are really comfortable wth it then you can go on to other types of marketing.

How to advertise successfully on Facebook and other social media?

If you wish to advertise on Facebook you are going to have to cloak your links as many of the SFI gateways are banned by Facebook because they have been used on there so much.
Personally I would set up a fan-page on Facebook to try and get as many people as I could to like it. By constantly updating the page you will keep people interested in it and have a good possibility of gaining more prospects as your friends tell their friends about your page.
I also send out tweets on twitter quite often although probably not often enough. There are many other social media sites where you can put the word out about SFI.
As with all advertising it really is a numbers game. The more people you tell about your business, the more you will get joining your downline.

You get your affiliates to understand the importance of getting all the daily action VP by explaining to them what the program is about and how it works.
This explanation should make them realize why VP are so important.
They should look upon the VP as being the work they do to be able to be paid and to allow them to progress through each status to allow them to make the maximum possible earnings to boost their own business.
They should understand they are running a business and for their business to flourish they need to carry out certain actions.
Their initial success will be down to earning VP and using the duplication plan along with selling products within TripleClicks.

Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?

Some of your downline may have joined SFI, but then realize it is not the business for them.
Some of your downline may not be willing to put in the time required to build a successful business.
Some of your affiliates may not have the money to invest if they are not getting an income from TripleClicks or some other medium.
It can be difficult to encourage people to work when they are unlikely to see an immediate return. This will be particularly true of those who have been burnt in previous internet scams and lies.
The best way to convince and encourage your affiliates is to offer them incentives for working. Tell them how to go about getting PSAs that will not cost them any money. Teach them how to advertise and where to advertise.
Keep your affiliates in the loop by updating them with all that is going on in SFI. In your weekly newsletters repeat the information that appears in SFI news and alerts. Not everyone reads this!

I want to do local training for my affiliates. How do I get them to come to my training sessions?

First I would look to see that there were enough of my affiliates living close enough that they could easily travel to where I intend holding my meetings.
I would make sure I could rely on at least one highly successful leader turning up to speak about their path in SFI.
I would also make sure that I had refreshments laid on.
If I could not do these things then I would seriously consider making a video for my affiliates or having an online meeting using Skype or a conferencing program.

You should also be promoting TripleClicks to your downline and encouraging them to purchase and enter the auctions if they can afford it.
You can also promote TripleClicks to those who are not in SFI as you will be getting commission on all their purchases.

Apart from the 125 TCredits pack, what other Standing Order product with 1500 VP would you suggest to replace IAHBE?

The 125 TCredits pack is a good buy at $36.25 and giving 1500VP, but a lot will depend on your financial situation and also your sponsoring ability. You may rather have S Builder units or PSA's to go. These will give you an assured downline but whether they are active or not is down to you and the luck of the draw.
The way I understand the rules the 1500 VP can be made up of more than 1 item, as long as the total VP on a standing order is 1500 or above.
This does leave you with a few possibilities with the mixing and matching of TCredits and PSA's to go and SBuilder units. The way you go about these is all a matter of cost.
If you can afford the extra cost I personally would go with 100 TCredits, 1 TCredit, and one S Builder unit. This gives a total of 1582 VersaPoints at a cost of $54.99. This may be too much for some people or perhaps you have a little more to spend on your business.
There are many variations of items you can buy in TripleClicks on standing order, but if finances are strictly limited then I can see the 125 TCredits being one the cheapest ways of getting your 1500 VP.
There is a slightly cheaper option on the TCredits but it is not such good value. That is 100 TCredits for $29.00 plus 3 single TCredits for $5.97 giving a total cost of $34.97 and giving 1506 TCredits. I think the 125 TCredits option is the far better deal for only $1.28 extra.

I think your emails should be telling of your journey with SFI and TripleClicks. You should be enthusiastic and telling of the advantages you get with SFI and TripleClicks.
If there is any particular part of either SFI or TripleClicks you think would be especially appropriate to a friend or family member then go into as much detail as possible on that part of the business. For example if you know of someone who spends a lot of time on auction sites introduce then to TripleClicks auctions and point out the WOW deals that are available.
First and foremost though as these emails are going out to friends and family make sure you be yourself in your emails. Friends and family know you and in some cases know you very well so it will be no good putting things in the email that go against what you would normally say or how you would normally feel.

What do you need to do to make sure your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages?

The best way to ensure your PSAs and CSAs are receiving your emails is to use the mailer. This of course sends them to their SFI mailbox so if they are not logging in to their account they will not see them.
For those that have confirmed their email addresses you can also use the mail system you use normally to send out emails.
There is no guarantee that your messages will be read by the recipient but at least you will know they have been sent to the correct email addresses.
