Absolutely, there is!
Let your introductory welcoming letter to them give a brief synopsis of SFI and TripleClicks, while guiding them to the best steps to begin learning: Basics, LaunchPad lessons, Internet Income course, the Forum, askSC.
Contact them once within a day or so of their join date, then once a week in your team mails. And, of course, immediately as possible when they contact you with questions!:)
Do NOT hand-feed them all their training. Do not tell them exactly what the answer to their question is, rather, guide them to where they can find the answer themselves. If you teach them how to search for information within SFI, they will become more confident in themselves and their ability to learn. If you do not know the answer yourself, tell them so, go find the information needed, and then tell them where they can find it.
When they come up a little short of a rank at the end of the month, do NOT bail them out with TCs or similar things. All you teach them that way is that their sponsor will enable them to reach, or maintain, their rank. DO tell them things they might do to gain the extra VPs, or whatever, they might do.
It is called "tough love", and not always easy to do, but will best benefit your affiliates and ultimately yourself!!
Best wishes to you and your team!!:))...
