The key here is 'build your business' not 'tight budget'. You see it's all a matter of perception. So what can you do better to build your business? There are 100s of thousands of FREE traffic exchanges! Follow a specific plan of action. Let's say you join 5 free ad exchanges. Promote on these exchanges EVERYDAY for 5 hours. Make the time for your business - your success depends on it! If you don't have 5 hours then do 2 but do promote on these exchanges EVERYDAY for 90 days. Key code your efforts and at the end of 90 days you will know 3 things: No.1 You will find that some exchanges work better than others. No.2 You will need to find more exchanges to test and No.3 One of the sites will hold some promise and with improved effort you should get improved results! No money is needed - just sweat equity!

Many payment restrictions in my country make it very difficult to buy from TripleClicks. What can I do?

This is a good question because I do understand that shipping and payment options in some countries can be very restrictive to your SFI business. Here's what I would do:
Step 1. Do not make this an excuse to do nothing. Although buying products and receiving products from TripleClicks may cumbersome in your area of the world at this time, your goal in SFI is to sell products. To sell products you do not have to buy products. You need to develop a good marketing mix to promote TripleClicks products everywhere that you can for FREE! Use a mix of the methods listed here: https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/Marketing/StandardReferralMethods Then, step outside of the box and create ways that work where you live. The best & cheapest form of advertising is word of mouth!
Step 2. If you wish to buy products, you can always call SFIMG or send a support ticket explaining your situation and they can provide you with the best solution.
Step 3. Remember that you can have your commissions reserved in your SFI account or your TripleClicks account. By diligently pursuing step number 1, you will have commissions on your accounts. It's easy to order and ship straight from the fund that you have accrued on your account. I highly recommend this although a Payoneer account will probably do the trick in just about any country. All need is to earn $20 in commissions, pay a processing fee, and your Payoneer account will be set up for you.
Ultimately, SFI is a business and you must treat it as such by actively referring and sponsoring affiliates. Teach them to do what you are doing and sooner than you thing there will be no limits on your SFI business. Many blessings to you in your pursuits - Aiming Higher & Dreaming Bigger! - Wilg.

How can I motivate business-oriented people to join SFI?

You must always show people the value that SFI/TripleClicks has for them. People are always more motivated to achieve a goal when they know that there is a handsome reward in it for them. You can't be pushy or overly zealous. Just present the facts and let each prospect make up their own mind as to how they like it or not. Talk to people who have an affinity for sales and network marketing and you will not have to do much to persuade them to join - they will join because they see the value and understand what's in it for them.

How would you rate yourself as a sponsor and do you think your PSAs would agree with your rating?

I usually don't judge myself by what others think of me because I decide what I want to believe about myself. I try to treat others the way I want to be treated. Even though I have been in SFI for over 5 years, I can count the support messages that I received from my sponsor on my hands.
So I determined not to do this to my down line. I didn't want them to think that I was some illusive guy up there somewhere. I would love it if all of them would email me at least once per week. I don't mind a phone call every now and then. Since email is the best way to contact me, I respond to my emails within 48 hours. I sponsor contests, give gift certificates, and I have numerous co-ops to support my team members.
So, I'd definitely rate myself a 5 but the better judges are my team mates. I know that you can be all things to all people. Believe it or not, most people just want a fair shake at this business. This is what I try to provide - my handshake in partnership to build their SFI business. Aiming Higher & Dreaming Bigger - Wilg

How do you keep affiliates who are yet to earn anything motivated when family and friends are consistently telling them they are wasting their time?

First of all, I'd like to know how do you know that their family and friends are telling them that? Secondly, if your family and friends are telling you that you are wasting your time - who do you believe? Do you believe in what you know to be true about SFI? Or Do you believe what your family and 'friends' are telling you? If you you believe that you can achieve your dream with SFI, then go for it! But if you don't then I wish you all the best in whatever you decide that you can do with purpose, passion, and consistency. To find great success, surround yourself with people who have great success. The old adage is true - "Birds of a feather - flock together!" & "Misery loves its company!" Many 1000s of affiliates are coming to SFI looking for financial independence - how bad do you really want it? If you do - the go for it 150%! Then, in 2 years when your making from the comfort of your home what many don't in a year's wages then you will have silenced the nay sayers!

Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?

Absolutely! You are their upline leader and as such they all look to you for guidance. Now I definitely concur that your 2G has a capable mentor/teacher/leader/friend because you helped trained them! Don't steal their thunder! Let them shine and lead their team. It shows them that you have confidence and trust in their abilities.
Think of it as a organization. There's corporate, Area Managers, District Managers, then Store level managers. Corporate rarely shows up at the store! The front line managers are the ones who are in direct contact with their sales staff. Similarly, your job is to provide needed support and motivation to the team. As a upline leader, you should organize events & promotions, provide incentives, and coordinate recognition through out your network. Always facilitate the 'open door' policy.
You should be highly visible to your entire team. Answer all emails with-in 48 hours or earlier if possible. Make your phone number available and your email address. Show your team how much you appreciate their efforts by offering them continuing support through all the stages of their development. Your life will be much easier if you teach your 1G affiliates everything that you know; then, allow them the space to work with their sales teams. Ultimately, sponsors gain the greatest benefit (up to 72% of the commission volume)and should provide the bulk of the support to their teams. Never tell anyone that you can not help them. Point them in the right direction and help them because we are all in this together.

What are the best types of businesses to send the ECA Postcards to?

I concur that you should start with your local market when sending ECA cards. Moreover, you should keep in mind that you should target independent merchants - mom & pop type businesses not franchises. The reasoning is that the larger stores and franchises already have a web presence.
Secondly, remember to target merchants with products that are easy to ship. Since TripleClicks is a global marketplace, merchants need to be able to ship efficiently. Large bulky items don't ship well and even so are costly to ship.
Thirdly, be sure that ECA prospect is eager to have an online presence. Some companies are service oriented and therefore are local and are not looking to service 122 countries.
Finally, be sure to keep prospecting. :) - Wilg

How do you get your PSAs and CSAs to answer you when you write to them?

Writing to your team should be as natural as writing to anyone else. Every email communication should have a single theme and end with an open ended question. I totally agree that in every email you should say "Thank you." and "How can I best assist you with. . . ?" Yes we all experience 'the sound of the crickets' when we send out regular email but that's part of the key - frequency. Don't send too many emails or you will come over as pushy. If you don't send enough emails, it appears that you are unconcerned or disconnected. You have to find that right length, and frequency that works best for you! Finally, and probably the most important, your subject line has to be something that is going to capture their attention, build on their desires and interest, and demands action now!

What is the best way to use TripleClicks X-Cards?

The best way to use TripleClicks X-Cards is to give out as many as you can to get the word out. When you give them to people you meet offer them the most satisfying feature of the business. Tell them to check it out and get back with you if they have any questions. If they try to corner you with questions, be polite and tell them that the site is simple and user friendly. Please check it out at your leisure and then if you have more questions I will be glad to answer them for you.
When they go to the site they will see that it is user friendly and will probably sign up if they are interested. If not they will not get back in touch with you. We are looking for people who see the value. Some do and some don't. That's okay - next!

I am not Internet savvy and have no clue about setting up a Website. Should I get a VeryVIP Hosting package or what other options are good?

If you are not good at internet marketing then you should outsource this to a freelance marketer who is. There are many people who are looking for individuals such as yourself. Just go to ODesk. There you can search for cheap freelance marketers, email managers, bloggers, and just about anything under the sun! It's never to late to learn. You can study up on the topic yourself and then you can save the money that you would pay someone else to do what you need to know how to do yourself anyway. As far as the VIP Hosting package, I haven't used it but I know that anytime that you can distinguish your marketing efforts and products from the rest of the pack, it gives you a competitive advantage. Branding yourself as a leader in this industry is worth the money you would have to pay for your hosting package. Then work very closely with your host provider who is more than capable of helping you achieve the type of results that you want.
