Being a Team Leader you have a great responsibility to your affiliates.

What are the expectations of being a Team Leader?

- Build a team that promotes teamwork. This is a big challenge for a Team Leader. You must learn other people-their ideas, interests, viewpoints- so that you can do a better job in serving them Your sponsored affiliates are from different nationalities.

Finding affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active depend on your pre-qualification of leads before advertising. You will have to write down list of questions that match the opportunity you are offering in your advertising.
