The single most important thing you can do as a TL is to grow your network. If your network is not growing it is dying. If you are not producing EA2s that commit then you don't have a business you have a hobby. To grow your network you must saturate your target market with your message. This means utilizing every resource, free or paid, to its greatest potential.
Growth is more important than sales in some respect because the sales will come as the numbers get larger. With the leverage of growth sales are limited to a few. You need maximum leverage so that you can maximize sales potential. Why bigger is not always better, when bigger equates to more activity then it will inevitably lead to more sales.

What's the secret for easily qualifying for the rank of Team Leader each month?

There is no secret for qualifying for any rank each month. There is only the need for a plan of action. Your VP ledger is your best friend when it comes to qualifying for milestones. Every action that yields VP is listed on your VP ledger. So review your VP ledger 2 or 3 times per week if you are not certain that you are on track to achieving your milestone qualification.
Therefore, what milestone achievement would you like to achieve? Examine your VP ledger and then write down the actions that are required to achieve the milestone. Then communicate with your upline to learn ways of most effectively performing the actions that are necessary to achieve the VPs and so fulfill your milestone achievement.
In conclusion, the 'secret' is to know how to perform the actions efficiently so that the VP are accrued. If you desire to be a BTL, the compensation plan tells you that you need 3000 VPs. What the PSA then must do is work with their sponsor/upline/A2A/support to map out the exact steps you will take to achieve the goal.

What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

Ryan it really depends on you. If you are equipped to recruit 100s and support them properly then do it. You will be in a better disposition. More is always better when the quality is there. However, if you can only effectively support a few at a time then do that. That is what would work for you in this case.
SFI is so versatile and multifaceted. You don't need 100 inactive affiliates but if you don't recruit you will have none! Five good affiliates is better the 100 poor ones any day. What determines whether or not you get good affiliates vs poor affiliates? How often you recruit and how much support you offer.

The best SFI marketing tools available are the ones that you employ whether you are unemployed or not. No tool is any use without action on the part of the individual. That's the biggest problem in SFI and not being unemployed or underemployed. Whatever state you find yourself in grab hold of your bootstraps and get going with daily activity. This is a business and requires your daily attention.
Therefore every tool you can employ to help build your business is available in the SFI affiliate center. If you need tools to recruit, there is a whole section dedicated to recruiting and sales. The best strategy to get to Platinum Team Leader is to start with 1 EA2. Develop that 1 into the best affiliate they can be. When that affiliate has learned to follow your recommendations then help them get 1 EA2. Follow this process down 12 levels then start building wide. So first build deep, then build wide. When you have about 10 wide if you have done this properly you will not need to recruit!
In conclusion, teach duplication and be sure that they duplicate even if this means helping them to recruit. You are the driving force of your business so lead by example and share your expertise with your entire network.

What makes you persevere with SFI and not quit?

The reason I have persevered with SFI is because I see myself achieving my goals. I remember when I first joined SFI. Do you remember the hope and expectancy you had? I remember thinking to myself that checks from SFI would be flooding into my mailbox. I really had no clue how I was going to get those checks but it felt so good dreaming of the day that it would happen. I went to my mailbox everyday for about a month looking for checks from SFI. Never mind the fact that I did nothing to create those checks!
Moreover,I never stopped looking for the checks. After 3 years, they never came. Then when day I decide I would do something to earn those checks. I started placing ads and advertising on line. I learn ppc and how to set up campaigns. Lo and behold, I made a whopping $6.33! That's was the validation that I needed that this was real and I could make money online.
So I used every tool at my disposal and I've gotten a check from SFI every since. First, $20 to $30 dollars then $60 to $90. Finally over $100. Then the ECA program came along and I've earned 10 times more on a consistent basis. Why am I sharing this with you? Not to brag or boast, but to impress upon you to never give on on your dreams. I kept giving my 100% and then some. When I made no money or never heard from my sponsor I keep giving my 100%.
After 7 years in SFI my income has grown over 100 times what it started out as. But what made my stay was not the money because I wasn't making any. My friends didn't believe and neither did my family. I've pour out myself into this business and I'm just scratching the surface.
But why did I do it in the face of impossible odds and lack of support? I stayed because I have a dream. I believe with God, SFI, and my talent I can reach that dream. I will or I will die trying. That's why I stayed. I believed and nothing is going to change that.
So I took my strong believe and mixed it with faith, patience, and diligence toward excellence in everything I do concerning SFI. I can't wait to tell about the next 7 years. It's going to be monumental because I didn't and won't quit pushing the envelope. Dare to dream a big dream then be bold enough to go after it 100%.

Membership reward points are perks that you receive for patronizing you TC SuperStore. I don't recommend using them as a means of payment except when necessary. Do so depletes the EP. It also hurts your commissions when members use MRP instead of cash! Cash is king and the preferred medium of payment. However if you have been very active supporting your TC SuperStore, their are some great takeaways that are 'rewards' for using TripleClicks. These items are exclusive deals that are not available elsewhere. It's one advantage of being a member! Membership pays.

The best way to explain TCredits to a prospect is simply to tell them that they are like tokens used to pay a fare. Almost in every country, there is knowledge of a fare. While there are different uses of fares in differ countries, a fare is simply the price to get the desired service.
The desired service in the case of Tripleclicks is authorization to bid in auctions. So in order to participate, everyone must have TCredits. This is simple to understand in any language and in every country. Just like one would have to pay a fare to ride a bus, or train, TCredits are needed to participate in auctions.

If you could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

If I could start over in SFI with the knowledge that I have now, I would not delay taking the appropriate actions to grow my down line and educate them on SFI. Truly the power of SFI lies in leverage income across generations. Instead of sitting idle and doing nothing take action on the information that you have.
Too many affiliates try to learn everything there is to know about SFI. What happens is they become paralyzed into inactivity because they are overwhelmed by all the information. Some of the information is not relevant and some is very relevant; nevertheless, it does not benefit the affiliate to have head knowledge with the motivation and drive to carry it out.
Therefore, I say learn as you earn. Never let a day go by that you are not actively learning and growing your business. Finally, be realistic about your expectations. Many new affiliates are often disillusioned about which actions they should focus on. I say focus on actions that create sales and grow your down line. Everything else is secondary.
