I understand that you are looking for 5 to 10 closing statements to seal the deal. Great! Just remember before you seal the deal, you must build rapport with your prospect. Be likeable and genuine. People don't follow opportunities but they will follow people that they like and trust. So you have to build that trust. Don't think that you can just waltz up to someone and close them unless you happen to do it in perfect timing.
So you see timing is critical and just as important to your success as building rapport. Keep in mind that the close that you use should fit the context of the conversation. Otherwise you will come across as being off topic.
