This is really a Wonderful Marketing Question!
First & foremost, and for the benefit of all and sundry reading this presentation, a Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of a particular product is the real factor (or secret) that makes such a product to be unique or different from others of its ilk in the marketplace.
And for Privacy Maxx as a case in point, it is true that there are other ID-protection products out there. So to me, it appears that what Kumar wants us as marketers to defend when marketing this product out there, are the unique features that differentiate or distinguish it from just any other ID-protection product.
