The best time to move from EA in BTL is when you have a minimum of 2 active members in the position of the EA and regularly advertise.
Without advertising and a minimum of 2 active members - who are also advertised does not make sense to rush into position BTL.
Because without these conditions - it will not mean anything.

My opinion is that in the first 30 days it is not necessary to invest money - unless I associate it does not want.
In the second month, but can be invested, but on condition that the user is already advertised and have at least 2 new active members.
Anything less than that - I would not advise any investment!

When a new member (PSA or CSA) registers, receives immediately an automatic message from the sponsors and co-sponsors.
This message is a welcome letter with all the initial information, such as e-mails and methods of communication with the sponsor and co-sponsor.
Then, well, simply reply to this message to the sponsor and co-sponsor.
In case you find they do not respond, then contact the same way your upline sponsors
By any chance, if you are in a very poor structure of the sponsors - then you remain as one of the solutions - FORUM!
