What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?

You can not force a horse to drink the water in the river.... You can only lead the horse to the river....

Continuous communication and sharing of your experiences can help the PSAs motivate and maybe engage in duplication. But this is up to them, and not entirely up to us. But our reminders are helpful as well that there are successful affiliates and giving SFI a chance, can make a difference in their lives.

The best way to get Action Versa Points is doing the TO-DO-LIST activities without failure.

Performing all the daily, weekly and monthly actions will definitely give you the needed Versa Points.

Participating in all the Tripleclicks activities through games and auctions not only is fun but also gives you the opportunity to earn Action VPs.

Joining the Daily Grand and E365 can also give you additional VPs

Interesting question.

From my personal experience as I was starting out, I had high expectations that ALL my PSAs and the CSAs I get from SFI will be duplicating the things that I do as an active SFI affiliate with all the communications and tips that I send out to them at least weekly.

Well, I realized that no two people are exactly the same even if we are encouraging DUPLICATION.

How do you allocate your time for SFI and TripleClicks? What percentage of your time do you spend on marketing, training, communications, etc.?

I allocate at least an hour to SFI each day. But usually it is more. I can actually stay 6 to 8 hours online in a day when not busy.

My routine is as follows:

The first thing I do is click on the red tabs.

Read on the news and the forum as well. Sometimes I also get to participate in the forum when there are interesting posts.

Do some marketing and advertising with the least is sending at least 10 e-cards to prospects. And offline I do send out some

My Movers Tab is one of the easiest ways to track the power of your Duplication and how a good leader you are for it shows who and how many are active affiliates you have in the team.

This tab is very useful in tracking who are not as active anymore and with you missing the affiliates in the My Movers Tab means that it is time to do some follow up on them on how they are doing. Encouraging them to be active again is one of the things that we have to do if we are missing them in the tab.

Best actions to focus on for me is doing duplication.

The daily, weekly and monthly actions are actually something that should be a standard that we should all be doing. Participating in the tripleclicks games is also helpful in making action points.

But when we are considering higher income and privileges, then looking for potential PSAs and training them how to duplicate all your initiatives will lead to more income for you and the team as well.

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

One of the indicators I check is their badges - if the PSA/CSA has EA streaks badge and the Daily Versa Points as well, then this PSA/CSA is really serious about SFI.

The most valuable investment for me is TIME because we can never recover or bring back any time lost. Thus, if one CSA/PSA is really devoting SFI as a daily thing, then he or she must be serious about it for time is really invested into SFI.

This is the usual reaction of new SFI affiliates - so anxious to earn NOW. I guess most of us had the same feeling, until we get to understand that we have to do many things before earning and that is LEARNING.

What about trying to do things differently or doing the usuals more efficiently.

If you limit yourself to doing the daily, weekly and monthly actions, then success is there but with limitations.

But if you continue to scout for more PSAs (if your downlines have been inactive) and support them to be active affiliates, them there will be progress sooner or later. Be patient my dear.
