What is the best way to maintain my SFI position and continue to support my team whilst on vacation with limited, if any, internet availability?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
This question is available for me to answer right after my first vacation since joining SFI. Before leaving I notified my Team that I would be on vacation for 10 days and when I would be back working in SFI. Since I had my Standing Order already in place I met my EA2 before I left. Due to the nature of my vacation I did not have time to work SFI. It was my Churches Annual Convention and I was involved with other activities that surrounded it.
During those 10 days I had the Vacation Mode turned on so that I would keep my 180 Daily Vera Points Streak Badge. Upon returning I resumed as usual. In two days I will requalify for Bronze Team Leader - just about a week later than the previous month. Before the month is out I will have earned over 10,000 Points (Sales/Action Pts.) for the month of October.
The reasons for a "vacation" and/or turning on the Vacation Mode can vary widely. Depending on the nature of the vacation and access to the internet some will still find time to work in SFI and others will not. Hopefully by the time you take a vacation you will be experienced enough in SFI to know what you need to do before you leave and what you will do after you return to requalify your SFI position - preferably a Team Leader.

What are the best actions to focus on?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
Everything in SFI revolves around your SFI Home Page and TripleClicks Member Center. Your focus should always begin with your To-Do List Actions, Alerts, Single VP Red Tabs, participation in the Forum, fully utilizing Ask SC, advertising TripleClicks or ECA store products and reading SFI news.
Stay in communication with your team members via personal email, Skype, phone, social media sites like Facebook and Team Mail. Reading is so very important. You can recognize the ones who are not reading. They end up missing out on vital knowledge that would have helped them Fast Track their SFI business to a whole new level.
You must like working with people, showing them how to become successful. In many cases you are doing this before you are there yourself. That is fine! If you can make enough a difference in someones life they reach the next level you will move with them. What could be better than that?

Which is better and why...to contact my PSAs through SFI (e.g. PSA Mailer) or directly via their email address?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
Both methods are equally important. You should be using both. The method you choose should be based upon the type of message and the citation.
You should not limit yourself to one way because the more channels of communication you initiate with PSAs will increase your chances of interacting with them.
Whenever you receive new PSAs you should send them a Welcome Letter from your email account. The best and most efficient method of starting this process would be from the Affiliate Snapshots Affiliate Manager that you receive each time a new PSA arrives .
At the Affiliate Manager you have the option of customizing your own Welcome Message or using the Default Welcome Letter Text. First you preview formatted letter, copy, send email, paste over and final send. This method will save you several steps and is the most efficient way when you have several PSAs arriving.
The PSA Mailer is best used on a weekly basis when sending your Team Messages. You will be able to send to all your PSAs at once. Using your email account for this would not be practical. A very important reason you do not want to use your email account for weekly Team Messages is because you don't want to risk contacting someone that has opted-out.
All recipients that reply to E-Cards you've sent will arrive at your email account only and you can then begin a message exchange as needed. If you see your PSA is logged in you can even begin to Chat with them.
You can invite your PSA to send you a Facebook Friend Request and provide them your Skype ID. Some PSAs like communicating in Facebook.
Just use the method that is most practical for the given situation. You will save yourself time and open more channels of communication with your team. Communication is *key.*

Is it wise to offer non-SFI related incentives to my CSAs and PSAs? For example, create a standing order and get a free DVD?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
No, not wise! This would not be the best thing for you to do. You should offer incentives that are beneficial to the overall success of your affiliates. For example you can offer them Free entry in your Co-op on a month by month basis for meeting certain criteria set by you. Not only that but you have a whole host of ECA products and services that are beneficial to building ones SFI business. These should be offered for reaching certain milestones. Not non-SFI related products as incentives.
Why go outside the realm of SFI and TripleClicks to accomplish this when all you need is right here? If you don't know this you are not connecting with our ECAs and remaining updated via their weekly customer mailings. Support your ECAs while utilizing them as a resource for growing a team of passionate and active affiliates.
You can also have contests (be creative), do gift cards and reassign PSAs. Somethings you can give without even offering as incentives. Just give to the workers and set the bar by your example. By practicing the way of give you are teaching your affiliates to do the same for their movers. Incentives should be designed to motivate your team members to go even further. Goals are like targets. Keep your team members aiming ever higher.
Just don't stretch yourself to thin or go out on a limb for those that are not working. Work only with your top movers. Leaders manage his/her budget.

How can I enroll 100+ PSAs a day with a modest budget?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
There is only one way that I know of and it is to win them in the Price Benders Penny Auction. I did it easily my first time but on my second attempt I used up 1270 TCredits and lost. These PSAs are good quality. Win or Loose! - it can go either way. I sure did like receiving all 100 within 48 hours.
Your primary focus should be on quality rather than quantity. If the Auction is not to your liking you could always set up a table with SFI/TC Cards and Brochures at Trade Shows, Flea Markets and Craft Shows. Anywhere you can meet allot of people and introduce them to the SFI/TC Opportunities. All you need are those five go-getters that take SFI serious. If you can do that then you can show them how to accomplish the same right on down the line.

Why should I remain focused on my SFI business when there are other companies offering me allegedly similar opportunities?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
One very important reason is FOCUS. If you or anyone reading this are one that tends to get involved with all sorts of other affiliate/ MLM business opportunities you will not become successful at any one thing while you are dividing your energies and resources in different directions.
Some SFI affiliates are my Facebook Friends and I see some who can not resist getting involved with every opportunity that comes along. You can not be all over the place and expect to become successful. It will not happen until you have, a target, set your aim and hit it dead center. To succeed you must be passionate and focused on a limited set of targets. You must become laser focused.
Write down your goals and analyse what it is you need to change and do to become accomplished and successful.

What is SFI's most important tool to use for building a successful business?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
The most important tool begins with the one using it. If you want to maximize your potential you must understand and know how to utilize the tools you have available. For example lets say you are building something that requires the use of complex power tools which you will be using for the first time. You will need to read the users guide and learn how to use them. Your most important tool is useless if you don't know how to operate it correctly.
Communication is the most important tool you have. It means everything to your business and without it you'll end up failing. Your presence in the Forum, Ask SC, Advertising and personal presentation both written and oral are all intrinsically tied to the effectiveness of your communication. You will be employing all of SFI Power Tools. Each one serves a purpose that can help you grow and manage your team.
Knowledge is powerful asset to have in this business. If you are not learning and staying up to date yourself you will loose credibility with your team. Being able to bond and develop trust is also very essential to team growth. Keep it real, act natural, don't pressure people and don't be weird.
Have Fun!

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
That would depend on what it is they are doing to move in that direction. If one of my PSAs is bent on clicking away for Versa Points at rapid fire pace then yes I would give my advise letting them know how important it is to study the material and that earning Free Action VP in this manner will not benefit them. All the PSAs I've had that did this soon disappeared from my Movers Page.
Some people are just more prone to extremes and have difficulty doing things in a balanced way. You will have some who are not serious or sincere in their approach to SFI . Some are in it just to scope out prospects to recruit into business ventures separate of SFI. I have met a few. Some are scammers and maybe a few looking for a sugar daddy or sugar momma.
For those that are go-getters, serious about SFI and doing everything in a balanced way to become a Team Leaders it would be a mistake to dissuade them from doing so. If someone on your team is daily logging in and doing all their To-Do List Actions and Training, are able to invest money in their SFI business then becoming a BTL right out of the gate is easy to do. You just might one day sponsor someone that will quickly grow an active team of of 100's of PSA and outrank you in every category in much less than a year. You just never know what dynamics one could bring to your team. You may end up wanting to duplicate them instead of you wanting them to duplicate you. Dissuading someone like this from becoming a Team Leader quickly could be likened to shooting ones self in the foot.
Remember to "Dream Big and Aim High!"

How can I use Skype and YouTube to promote SFI and TripleClicks?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
Hello Ash,
Very good question. Even though I have not had much experience with either I can see the benefit these two powerful mediums can have in promoting SFI and TripleClicks.
YouTube Videos can be made to promote your ECA TConnect Page and Product Line if an ECA. If I want I can buy already made Videos that promote my particular product line. This service is provided for a price and they will edit for my part in it. You can learn how to put together your own SFI Promo Videos or buy one from one of our ECAs where offered.
With Skype I have seen how one can allow another to see your computers monitor/screen in real time. This could be used as a potential training tool not only for your new PSAs or CSAs but prospects just the same. You can set it up for viewing SFI and TripleClicks Pages and use your cursor as a pointer while you explain the various steps and how to's.
I hope you find this information helpful.

When do I know that I've become successful in SFI and TripleClicks?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
You will know when you are successful when you are actively participating in the success of your team.
When your team is making strides in SFI you will know when they're benefiting from your knowledge and following your lead. It will show in the ratings and comments you receive from your PSAs and CSAs.
It does not stop with your team. You should be actively mentoring other SFI Affiliates and a2a Friends as needed.
Submitting answers to Ask SC questions will increase the base of knowledge that is available to those who will be reading now and in the years ahead.
Doing all these things and more will make you more effective at growing an active team that is involved in the process of duplication.
