My approach to attracting new affiliates isn't working. What should I do now?

Quite simply, you should probably change your approach.
Are you using the internet tools provided by SFI? Have you re-read the launchpad training sections? Are you utilizing the marketing tools provided by SFI? Have you tried the SFI X-Cards provided in TripleClicks?
If you have done all of the above and are still having problems, maybe you can check out one of the SFI Training books for sale at TripleClicks. It takes money to make money with any business, and SFI is no different.
You could just go ahead and spring for the S-Builder or PSA's-to-Go, which will bring in new affiliates also.
There are hundreds, if not thousands, of ways to attract affiliates into SFI, you just find what works for you and fine-tune your approach until you find Your way.

This is a matter of personal preference, your personal situation and your current training or knowledge. Read more in the learning center if you are unsure.
This is a question you will want to ask yourself:
How comfortable am I talking with people about SFI?
If you are good talking with people, I would suggest building your team just by speaking with people and letting them know why you have joined, the benefits of joining and then invite them to join with you. Or if you are a blogger or web designer, you can add links to your blog or sites.
If on the other hand, you have the money to invest- you can buy or bid on PSA's at TripleClicks. You can build a large amount of affiliates quickly, but this will mean quantity over quality in some cases.
Assess you personal situation and decide what is going to work best for you. Both ways can work, just keep in mind that any business will take some time and effort to build.

In what creative ways are you planning to use the new JMT Gateway?

I personally like the new JMT Gateway. It is going to be my new main gateway, once I change my profile picture.
So- I put a link to it on my website, I am advertising the gateway in a campaign, and I will be making business cards with a link to the gateway.
However, I am using SFI's Custom Domain/Sub-domain in my advertising.
In this way, prospects will be going directly to the proper gateway.
What is the best way to convince my PSAs that they should set up a Standing Order?

Some people will not be convinced, simply because they do not have the funding.
For those that have the monetary investment, it is a great idea because with that standing order, they are qualified for the rank of EA every month if they choose the right product/products. As long as they make sure that the amount of VersaPoints earned from that standing order reaches the minimum 1500 required to qualify as Executive Affiliate.
A great item (and a Popular one) is the 125 T-Credit Pack, which gives 1500 VP and is also a great deal on T-Credits that you can use for bidding on auctions or for purchasing items at TripleClicks.

I need a mentor. What's the best way to find a mentor for SFI?

Ask your up-line team for help if you have questions first.
If you do not get a response, try becoming friends with people in the a2a section and learn as much as you can from them.
Just doing your red tabs each day can teach you quite a bit- as you do the tasks, you will learn along the way.
Also make sure you re-read the launchpad training if you haven't already. It has in-depth training for you about how SFI works.
Also look around and find a few people that have been here awhile and have a large amount of badges. Ask them any questions you have too and speak with the ones that respond. If it becomes a bit overwhelming- refer yourself back to the basics for a refresher on what is needed to be successful here.
I have found the ask SC section a great help in teaching as well.
If none of that helps, feel free to contact me and I will help when possible, but I am still learning as well.

Which helps my SFI business the most...playing Eager Zebra games or bidding on Pricebenders auctions?

My thoughts are that bidding on auctions gives you 1 VP per bid, and 5 (or 10) MRP for every bid in TripleClicks, plus the chance to build your business further or buy great stuff really cheap.
Eager Zebra Games give you MRP, T-Credits, and Rank in SFI along with Every VP You gain, Plus Champion Badges, Daily Crown Drawings and more.
In all reality: you should do both to really grow your business.
Spend some time playing TripleClicks games, while advertising and bidding on auctions. Then, play at least one game a day until you understand the games, and you will see how quickly this can add up for you.

You could send out newsletters (not e-newsletters), or call friends you think might join SFI or TripleClicks.
Also- don't forget about your ECA or Members T-Connect page. You can always advertise your own store anywhere you go as well.
Advertise your business and store when you cannot access SFI.

Your first month it should be very easy to attain Executive Affiliate.

T-Credits are like Currency at TripleClicks.
They can be used for Bidding on Auctions and purchasing items at TripleClicks or
You can list your stuff for sale on your T-Connect page with them.
You can purchase them or win them in the hourly drawing.
This is the simple explanation if you just want to help someone understand easily.

This is a great question Manuella.
I would have made sure to get into the Fast Track and E365 Challenge. When I started I signed up and then left. If I had it to do over, I would make sure I was active from the beginning.
I would have been making more commissions by now had I stayed active. I also would have started advertising sooner, instead of waiting. It would have put me quite a bit ahead of where I am now.
