First, I would not recommend doing this. A better idea would be to approach a drop shipping company to become an ECA themselves and to have them list their products at TripleClicks. You will earn royalties for life if they keep active.

Second, It would also depend on what you are selling. If, for example, you are selling your own books on amazon.com you'd have a better time just advertising for buyers to go directly there. Amazon provides free shipping most of the time.

Third, Drop shipping is a lot harder than it at first appears.

1. You have an extensive list of all your suppliers’ products to list in your TripleClicks Store.

2. You will need to catalogue each item,

3. Keep your product list up to date and

4. Determine what the shipping cost for each product will be to where it is going in different parts of the world.

Once you are contacted by TripleClicks that you have an order:

1. You have to purchase it from your drop shipper, wholesale to be delivered automatically from that point on. Yes, you will get commission at your TC store plus earn the difference between wholesale and retail.

2. After all that work, will TC customers buy your product at the retail price? Probably not, in which case you would have to lower your price.

The Genealogy is your way of finding out how your team and individual team member is doing and finding out their goals and how to help them.

All filter choices are beneficial.

I find the best choices for me the following:

1. At top is Sort by: Rank, VP this month or VP total - descending for all

2. Under Sort by selection box is another choice box.
I mostly use Date joined – actual date or greater than a date.

I also use 'CSA second home assignment.' Put in date or greater than date. You will receive these from the pool when you are a Team Leader. Send a welcome letter.

3. In the third choice box I use Generation: Level 1 comes up automatically or choose level 2, 3 ...or CSAs.

I also use Country. It is great for reassigning affiliates. Check the box of affiliates you want to reassign, copy and paste affiliate SFI # of affiliate you want to assign to. Then submit. Do the same for assigning TCredits and Gift Certificates (make you have money in your Gift Certificate Manager first.) These choices are on the top of the page of your list of affiliates.

To find out the language spoken, profile, VP ledger and more click on their name or SFI #.

4. At bottom: Quick Filters, EA last month, not EA yet this month.

You can already see if an affiliate is having a birthday, anniversary etc at the very bottom of the genealogy page. Also fast track – gold airplane for standing order of 1500 VP + and silver airplane for those who chose to purchase the new member pack or other merchandise at the TripleClicks store worth at least $20.00. If you can afford to give a gift certificate for $20.00 direct your affiliate to purchase the New Member Pack at https://www.tripleclicks.com/detail.php?item=381607 Let them know that a Standing Order of 125 TCredits or an order of 200 TCredits will qualify them for gold track. They also have to complete Getting Started Actions with airplanes beside them.

If the affiliate is in their first ten days of joining, a green airplane will be beside their name indicating they have 1-10 days left to qualify, and a red airplane 72 hours or less to become a fast track member.

Check their join date to know more accurately how much time they have left.
You can check an individual Affiliate’s VP ledger to see how they are doing and send out a tip using an eCard or team mail. When using eCard check to see if they have whitelisted their email. It will be a green envelope on your genealogy list. Don’t forget than you can ask any of your upline for help.

You can also follow how they are doing in the ECA Contest by clicking on their name in the genealogy. There are six levels until entered into the finals. When you click on their name you will see whether they are over or under the line. Let them know if they need to increase VP or that they will be automatically entered again when becoming a Team Leader.

These are only a few of the best. Look around for yourself to see what you can find out.

Great question for how to communicate effectively with PSAs from other countries while using SFIM (SFI Instant Messaging.)

I use www.google.com/translate which is what SFI uses on their pages.

Of course, ask if they can speak some English or another language, and you can send messages using both, English and their native language.

If you send messages in English, or your own language, notice what language they use when they message you. Google Translate can detect languages. I find that a great help, especially when receiving emails, team mails or instant messaging.

You can send them an eCard when they are new to ask what language they speak. I always include www.google.com/translate at the top of the page.

Besides doing the absolute least, which are the To-Do-Tasks there is a multitude of things you can do be successful in SFI.

1. Learn something new everyday. See 'Power Tools' and 'Training.'

2. Use your gateways under 'My Account' to sponsor, friends, family, and strangers.

3. Use the advertising information and tools under 'Marketing.'

Take a look at the different streams of income as SFI affiliates which are:

a. Commissions from purchases of your PSAs (personal sponsored affiliate), CSAs (Co-Sponsored) Affiliates), and PRM (members of our online store, who purchase products, take part in Pricebender Auctions and/or play Zebra games).

(Note: PSAs, downline and CSAs in your team usually take part some or all of the extras above.)

b. Commission and royalties from the Sales of ECAs (E-Commerce Affiliate who sells at our store.)

c. Profits if you sell your own items, as you are allowed to sell either second hand or brand new items or services.

d. Your share from the executive pool.

e. Payment received to recruit for SFI. (SFIPPA)

f. Rewards and prizes from many games and draws in SFI and TripleClicks (your online store and games/penny auctions.)


Find affiliates. - PSA, CSA, PRM and ECA. - Since they are the ones who can give you income.

Earn enough VP - to qualify for ranks that will match give you free TCredits and CSAs.

c. Duplication - teach your affilaites to do what you are doing and pass on information that you have learned.

d. Send out out team mail, encourage and motivate your team singly and overall. See their VP Ledgers and offer help. It could be informational instructions, or gifts of TCredits, Gift Certificates, or your won PSA(s) especially if in the same country. Help them to reach their goals and you will reach yours.

e. Stay in contact with your upline, sponsor and co-sponsor. Ask for direction and help.

f. Build relationships with all those in your organization that you can help and who can help you.

g. Support your ECAs by purchasing their products at your TripleClicks Store.

As you grow and build your team, you can choose where to focus most of your attention according to your time schedule, abilities, interests, and budget.

Explaining VersaPoints (VPs) to a new affiliate is very important. VPscan be earned for an action performed once or an action performed over and over. A VP can be an action or a sales point. This differentiation becomes important only when you want to become a Team Leader. It’s very important that in the first month a new affiliate does not use up all those action VPs that can only be performed once. A new affiliate’s goal should be to just be an Executive Affiliate (1500 VPs of any type) every month until they have many level down of PSAs.

VersaPoints are measures of:

1. Your actions as explained below;
2. Purchases by yourself and/or your TC members;
3. Sales by yourself and/or an E-commerce Affiliate that you have sponsored,
4. Success for things like having Executive Affiliates for at least two months in a row or Team Leaders as PSAs that you have sponsored directly.

The more VersaPoints you earn, the higher your commissions will be from the TripleClicks Executive Pool.

A VersaPoint is earned by things like:

1. Reading information and clicking on all the red, black, green V’s and blue buttons (blue are rectangles at the bottom of each page.

2. Purchases or sales made at your TripleClicks Store.

3. Doing daily, weekly and monthly actions at your To-Do-List on your SFI site.

4. Doing starting actions, intermediate actions, and Launchpad exercises on your To-Do-List.

You can easily pick out your PSAs and CSAs who are really working hard by checking their VP ledgers, and by how often they contact you with questions, with the exclusion of asking for money.

To be an EA every month does not cost much money, if any. What you really need to do is to strategize with your new affiliate, (or your sponsor if you are just starting out), beginning the first month in SFI. Talk them out of using up all their free points, for example, those in the intermediate section of their to-do-list can be left for the second month, and some launch pad exercises. If they log on every day and do the work, learn the system, have a plan and follow directions it may not have to cost anything!

NOTE: Remind your new affiliates that they can carry over their points to the next month if they are starting out near the end of the month. They get 30 days to become a new executive affiliate. At that time they will receive at least 2 CSAs and can then send team mail for 30 VP per week. Make sure they know to do it from their VP leger or To-Do-List to receive credit.

If you see that someone is working hard and is almost an EA2 you could give them a gift certificate to buy single TCredits and use them to buy digital books for 1 TCredit each, the ones that offer the most VP, approximately 43 VP. 5-10 TCredits may be all they need. Buying each single TCredit gives more VP than buying a pack of 10!

I don't think you have to worry too much about it costing you money since you will be earning matching VP with your first level PSAs. Those are the affiliates, by the way, that you want to help the most, especially if you are having financial problems yourself. Teach them to do the same for their downline once they start earning money in commissions and in other ways. Promote contests, like Wave3, DistribuStar, the ASK SC, T-Time, and E365.

Teach your affiliates how to earn income from the many streams of income available at SFI, TripleClicks, and Pricebender Auction sites. Train them to seek out E-Commerce Affiliates and to be one themselves. Show them the Compensation Plan and explain how it works so they can see the benefits of using the multi-stream income approach.

Encourage your affiliates to learn all they can, and share information that you learn on a regular basis.

Finally, have contests on your leadership page and ask your affiliates to enter one. It doesn't have to be money. Down the road as they are showing you that they are doing what is expected, reassign some PSAs to them from your own and work with them so that they too can become leaders.

You should absolutely keep recruiting and teaching new affiliates.

Here some reasons:

1. You can reassign some of your 1st line affiliates to those who are working hard but struggling.

2. You never know when a PTL or other Team Leader may drop out. That's why #1 is so important.

3. The more team leaders and EA2s you have in your first line, the higher you will go, maybe even DTM.

4. The bigger your team the greater the possibility to earn more income.

5. The more new people you sponsor, the greater the chance of success for you and your team.

6. Never stop learning and growing. Be a good example to your downline and know the answers to their questions.

7. Don't forget to help them earn their own income in SFI from advertising items from their TripleClicks Store. They don't necessarily have to be a seller. This could become too overwhelming for most. Rather, teach them how to sponsor ECAs.

Whatever you do, keep on going. Keep a positive attitude and never quit.

The new Triple Clicks Gift Cards are best for your friends, co-workers, clubs, family, and acquaintances. It is important to talk to the person first and to explain how it works. You can also tell them that you will give them a gift voucher when they sign up. All you have to do is load your account. Contact SFI to set that up. The great thing about that is you get the money back if your new sign-up does not use it.

I had the best results when I helped a friend sign up on her computer and showed her how things work in Triple Clicks. I also gave her my ECA page and how to sign up for SFI if she wanted to. I went over SFI with her so that she would know what to do to excel right from the start.

The benefit of signing up Triple Click affiliates is that they will be using the TC store. They may participate in the price bender auction and buy TCredits for bidding. You then receive commissions from them.

Another way to use the gift cards is as follows:
Sponsoring ECAs is easier using the Triple Clicks gift cards. Just go to a store and chat with the owner asking if you can leave the gift cards to give out to their customers. They sometimes check it out themselves and may want to become a seller.
