How do you manage your team with many cultures and timezones to navigate?

It is easy to manage an international team. I tell them that I am in ET and I set hours of availability based on my timezone. If they wish to contact me I tell them to simply send me an email and I will get back with them in 24 to 48 hours. As far as learning about cultures, I am willing to learn what I need to know. If I have a working in Pakistan, then I will learn as much as I can about that economy and try to relate to them. The same for a worker in France.
However I market globally. I strive to engage people from where I am until I understand that they need to have more information or a different angle. It's good to be flexible but don't overly concern yourself with it until your affiliate ask you to do so.

What should I do when I receive inactive CSAs?

When you receive inactive CSAs don't forget to count your blessings. You either won them or was awarded them so be thankful. Next thing is to draft a short introduction letter about your experience in SFI. Assure them that you are available to support them 150%. In most cases, you will not get a response but it doesn't mean that they are not following up on your progress.
Generally affiliates that want to succeed jump in with both feet and hit the ground running. Those that don't are wrestling with their choice to move onward or stay on the fence. Fear has paralyzed them into inactivity. Sometimes there is nothing you can do to alleviate this fear. Yet you do the best service by being the best affiliate that you can be.
When they see that you are making milestones, achieving goals, earning badges, winning auctions, etc. some will become embolden to try. Assist all who ask for assistance and those who try support 100%. For the other that do nothing, remember SFI is not for everyone. We are not looking for 1,000,000 affiliates. We only need 5 or so who see the vision and run with it!

Convincing your significant other or spouse of the prudence of your SFI investment can be very daunting. I know first hand. I don't try to tell my spouse about my SFI business because I know that she doesn't see what I see. It makes setting a budget difficult because you want to include your spouse or significant other in these types of decisions.
However, you know them and they know you. They know that you have dreams and aspirations that others may call foolish or wishful thinking. The more you play down this fact the better off you will be. It is not for their sake but for your own. If you are looking for validation from those that don't understand then you may quit now because you will not get it.
Moreover your partner should love you enough to want you to give anything worthwhile your best shot. Therefore, you should respect their opinions and love them enough to keep peace between the two of you. Don't invest money that you can not afford into SFI when you already know that it is at risk. The key to being successful with winning over your partner is to meet your current obligations and minimize all of your risks when it comes to your business venture with SFI.
In the end, wisdom is justified of her children and you will be able to see the benefit of your labor if you faint not and also if you follow a plan of action design to adapt and overcome. Naysayers will always doubt until you have proof in the form of your big commission checks. That's when most will agree with you yet even then some just will not ever come around. Don't let it stop you and do what you know is right to keep peace.

Which is best, free or paid advertising?

Paid advertising is the most responsive but free advertising is the most sustainable. So when it comes to a comparison between the two, I'd say if you can afford paid ads run them. If you can not then there are free ways to advertise. What most people are looking for is a silver bullet approach to advertising. There is no such thing.
No matter which form of advertising you use, you will need to test, retest, tweak, and retweak. Fine tune and readjust. There is no easy way out. One thing for sure, free advertising is much slower than paid advertising. Paid advertising can send you out of business before you get started good. So what's the solution?
The solution to the dilemma between free and paid advertising is to use a combination of both to balance your budget. This way you will start to see results from your advertising sooner than later and you won't go bankrupt trying to do it. You can even co-opt the cost involved and you can co-opt free advertising as well so that the collective efforts of many will produce better results for the advertising.

Creativity is paramount when it comes to most advertising and promoting the JMT gateway is no different. You must understand that their are over 1 million affiliates who are using the same gateway but there is only 1 you. So as in all advertising, be authentic and approach marketing from a fresh angle.
I plan to promote it on the social networks as well as through article marketing. Safelist advertising can't be overlooked and banner exchanges, text exchanges, link exchanges, or forums can't be either. So as with all the other gateways the more places you can advertising effectively the better off you will be.

The best way to make your advertising more effective is to track the results then adapt accordingly. Moreover, you must perform test campaigns before you are settled on an ad. This is the main mistake newbie internet marketers make. Most think that you can just pin up ads all over the internet and watch 'the cows come home'.
Marketing is a process. So you must gather information about where you are marketing to determine if that is a good source or not. Then you must create your best ad. Place the ad where you choose and track it. If you don't get good results after 1 week make some improvements on the ad title. Track the results over a week. If you get better results, but still not satisfactory then change the message. Track the results over a week. Finally you may see satisfactory results.
Then, place that ad in as many places as you like and repeat the process on the new sources of traffic/sales/recruits. As time progresses, you will find many places that you get satisfactory results using free advertising. Always seek improvement. Thus, when your free ads are recruiting on average 1 sale/recruit per day then up the ante and invest some cash into that advertising. Then and only then, will you see the result that you will be very pleased with.

No one is. Leaders become leaders because the choose to apply with they learn to achieve their goals. Everyone can do this. Many choose not to because they allow inhibitions to hinder them. Some inhibitions are innate and others are learned. As children we are practically fearless. Yes this too is learned. Fear can be good but most likely fear is bad.
All of us have fears or inhibitions. Things that we try to avoid for whatever reason. May I submit to you that you are afraid of taking the lead because you don't want to be criticized or ostracized by others. Leaders learn to get over it. People are going to talk if you succeed or fail so why not be grand and give them something positive to talk about.
If you feel that you lack knowledge, gain the knowledge. If you feel you lack experience find a mentor who has experience and learn from them. If you have decided that you don't want the hassle then find something that make you feel alive and passionate. There are no excuses for mediocrity except ignorance. Cognizance is the cure for ignorance. What are you aware of? How can you make it work for you? When you think like this, you are the catalyst that makes things happen. You can become a leader by learning and applying what you know and the stuff you don't know find it out when you need to; otherwise, don't worry about it!

The best way to greet new affiliates so that they will be motivated an active in SFI is to give them a clear goal to shoot for in the next 30 days. Make the reward worthwhile. Since we are all here to make money online why not sweeten the incentive with a cash prize contest.
When new affiliates log in there is a barrage of information at their disposal and they are trying to learn everything in one fell swoop. Too often many get discourage because after hours of reading they are no better off than when they started. So if you want to motivate an affiliate tell them upfront that you are sponsoring a $20.00 cash prize for achieving EA2. It is very achievable and very easy to do with a plan.
Therefore I find the best way to greet and motivate new affiliates and old affiliates is to help them to start earning money sooner rather than later. By setting the expectation early, you save them from information overload. You circumvent burnout and you encourage them.
Everyone loves to be reassured that they are doing the right thing. So let them know this by giving them praise in the stream or in the forum. Creating an atmosphere of teamwork seals the deal for most affiliates and let's them know that they are not alone in this business. The forum (though it is abused) plays a big role in fostering tangibility in the minds of new affiliates. I am certain that when one can wrap their minds around the exact steps to get from point a to b; they will be active and excited about SFI.

The best way to sell TCredits is to your downline. The reasoning is simple. Your downline has a 'need' for them and moreover, they should have a vested business interest. TCredits is the main stream of revenue for TripleClicks and moreover, TCredits pack a commission volume (CV) of $22.14 USD and pay a direct commission (DC) of $9.96 USD!
