This is a very important question. A Team Leader is certainly going to make profit in SFI and they’re most likely be filled with enthusiasm and therefore a lot of activities in his/her team.

The best way to become a Team Leader:

- First understand the SFI BASICS. Without this principle, you’ll never get to the Team Leader rank.

On your first day, concentrate in accumulating VPs. Your goal is to score 1500 VP and become Executive Affiliate (EA). Log in daily performing your To-Do List. In your first month, explore the SFI tools and resources, focus on the methods of sponsoring and start applying what you learned. Collecting VPs on our second or succeeding months will be a lot tougher without Standing Order (SO). If you can afford to place an SO, I recommend IAHBE or 125 pack TCredits. By doing this you can concentrate in building your team. Never miss a day in performing your To-Do List, you’ll need every action VP in moving up to TL.

- Focus on Duplication. Set aside a budget for sponsoring. Write down your goal of how many PSAs you’re going to sponsor every month. - As an Entrepreneur/SFI business owner, you get paid for results, not the amount of time you spend for accomplishing a certain task. For example, you want to establish close relationship with your team as their Team Leader. You’ll be guiding and supporting them to duplicate your skill. You’ll be sending support messages, chatting online to address issues in navigating their SFI homepage and so on. The time will vary to fulfil this task alone. You’ll need to give them your time as long as they need until they understand. The time you’ll be spending in a day will depend on your goal. Even if you have set priorities in a daily basis, you’ll also need to allocate time for your logging in daily to perform your To-Do List. This is one of the most efficient time management strategies. By having a set routine, you’ll get things done faster.

- Check and reply to emails at the start and end of the day. If you constantly check email throughout the day, you’ll be spending valuable time unnecessarily and it’s being unproductive.

- Allocate time to connect with your prospects. You must get on the phone with people to expose them to your business, product or services. Have a set time for doing this activity every day.

- Be sure to schedule quality time with your family and friends. Remember, they are your warm market and they might be a big help in referring your SFI business.

- Allocate time to focus on one or two marketing strategies. Go to the Marketing Center, learn and acquire the skills of applying the different marketing methods. Master a strategy before moving on to the next one.

- Set a schedule and stick with it. It will help you create the habits you need to be successful. You won’t have to think about the things you need to do, you will just do them.

1. State your purpose

Indicate what you would like to cover briefly and why it’s important. You should state it clearly that you’re focussing on giving your feedback on the needs of your organization towards success.

2. Be specific in describing what you observed.

Observations are what you see occur; interpretations are your analysis or opinion of what you see occur. Your perception determines the way you do business. Your mindset determines your business mission, its vision, your business culture and your work ethics. Why did you start a business? What is your primary aim of building a business? These are two important questions you must answer because the answers will determine if you will succeed or fail.

Most people start a business because they believe building a business is the fastest way to make money and get rich. Some start a business because they want to be their own boss and do things their own way; while others start a business just to pay themselves a decent check monthly. While making money from your business is a good idea, you must never forget that your primary aim should be to provide value and take care of your affiliates. Your affiliates are also your customers.

How many affiliates do you need to sponsor each month to build a successful business?

- This is difficult to tell. Rather than setting the exact number of affiliates to sponsor each month, find and develop your topnotch affiliates in your team. The Genealogy and Affiliate Manager are two powerful tools for identifying them. Don’t get caught up in spending your time focusing on the quantity of sponsoring affiliates.
