How can I provide positive but CONSTRUCTIVE criticism in my emails to my downline?

Honesty with tact is always the approach to use when working with your downline. If they are sorry and not logging in then ask them why are they not logging in and try to get the dialogue going. Life happens to all of us, so empathize with life situations. However, there is no excuse for apathy. SFI is drop dead simple and any 8th grader could do it with flying colors when given the to do list.
Examine the affiliate manager from your genealogy and tell them what you 'see' based on that information. The truth is a bitter pill to swallow at times but it is ALWAYS the best medicine.

The benefits of organizing a contest for your downline mainly come when you get consensus as to what your affiliates would benefit from most. So why not take a poll among your affiliates and ask them what type of contest would they like to see? When contest become interactive and dynamic they can truly achieve greater activity percentage, a heightened sense of teamwork and foster some team pride. You can even use them to build the morale of your network when done in a way that promotes goodwill.

How can we determine beforehand what are good spots to advertise?

The best way to know which advertising sites work the best is to test them on your own and track for improvement. There is no such thing as the best place to advertise but you can make the most of every advertising platform if you practice tracking your results for improvement. With free advertising, remember competition is fierce. Everyone is trying to get their message across. You have to be consistent and frequent enough with your promotions to get realistic data and this happens over time. There is no utopia for advertisers where you place an ad and earn 100s of dollars. This takes work, consistency, and scalability when your tracking yields positive movement.
Nevertheless, there are some general rules to follow when determining which sites are best to advertise on. How large is the ad platform? How active is the ad platform? Do they offer incentivised advertising? Do they have a supportive spirit - one where the administrators are actively involved in helping the advertisers. Writing a good ad starts with you and don't forget to track for improvement.

What can I do with affiliates who become EA in the first month and then stop, saying SFI is not what they expected?

Once an affiliate goes inactive, in my experience they are gone. There are some good reasons for this.
1. SFI is not a good fit for them. Wish them luck and follow up with a weekly team mail.
2. Not willing to work the program and follow recommendations. Wish them luck and follow up with a weekly team mail.
3. No money to invest in the program. Let them know that SFI never has a purchase requirement but all enterprise incurs risk. It takes a tough cookie to do this without any money at all but it can be done. If they are willing to continue support them.
4. Life situations that get in the way. Try to find out what is going on. If they will tell you be empathetic and try to help. Ultimately, there is no real excuse good enough to quit SFI! Try to keep the communication flowing and continue to support them until they convince you otherwise!
Then a weekly team mail will do.
Everyone can be EA so set the pace and be an example. When affiliates decide to quit there is nothing YOU or I can do other than include them in weekly team mails until they opt-out or purge.

How do you get your affiliates to become SERIOUS business builders in SFI?

We all would like to have serious business builders in our business and the truth be told, there is only one way to do it right. This is through mentoring one on one. Mentoring one on one doesn't have to be face to face. Typically it is but you can definitely mentor the right person remotely using chat or email. The difference is when you are sitting in the same room with a prospect they can see your body language and feel your vibe more strongly than across remote connections.
That said, I believe your chances of finding five team builders in your neighborhood are 10x more likely than finding them somewhere online. You know your 5 now I'll venture to say. They just don't know about what you have to offer. So get some business cards made up and start talking to people about what you do. This will build your organization a lot faster with solid builders in my humble opinion. Then when your have the first five, your online efforts will have that much more substance to them. In the end, you want to do online and offline marketing.

What are the best ways to use the MY MOVERS tab to maximize your SFI business?

My Movers are those who have logged in and earned at least 1 VP in the past 10 days. Keep up with who is actively logging in and earning all of their VPs. If you catch them online, you might address a concern that you have with their actions but always acknowledge them with an E-Card for good effort, or some other achievement. Kudos says I see your effort and I appreciate having you on my team. You can add a note suggesting tips and such.
I have a Fast-Track lapel pin. How best to use it to attract sign-ups into SFI?

The Fast-Track lapel pin is a formidable tool in the pursuit of team members because it can be worn as an accessory in the appropriate setting. For example if you are going out in public like to the park. You can sit on a park bench work from your laptop if wi-fi is available. Speak to passersby and when they ask you "What does that mean?" then you can tell them that your company helps people build wealth in their spare time using a computer and a internet connection. Be sure to follow up with the phrase, "Do you know anyone that would like to build wealth in their spare time?"
Wait for the answer. If the person is of average intelligence they will tell you, "Sure, I would!"
Then all you do is use your laptop and take them to the Getting Started Video and let them watch it. When the video is over assure them that it's just that simple. Anyone can do this and it's working for thousands of members around the world. Sign them up and verify their email confirmation right there on the spot then let them go on with their day. You can always follow up with them once you've verified the email address!
This strategy will work anywhere there is an internet connection. Be careful as to the setting because you don't want people interrupting you during church and of course you wouldn't want to wear it at a work function for your day job if it violates the dress code. If not, use your breaks and go for it!

What is the benefit of receiving non-active, re-assigned affiliates (PSAs) from your upline?

The benefit of receiving re-assigned non-active affiliates from your upline is mainly one of goodwill. Your sponsor may feel that he/she may have done what they could for those affiliates and was hoping that you could provide a different angle, or approach that might just spark activity in those affiliates. Since, there was nothing done by you to recruit such individuals, they cost you nothing to acquire them. So should you be able to provoke action from these inactives, your CPA (cost per acquisition) is zero and you gain the life-time direct commissions from that activity. This could be worth several hundred dollars to you in time.
Other than the possibility of them rekindling their creative spark, you do get 120 shares per month for maintaining contact with them until they are flagged from the genealogy. If you were an EA2, 120 shares could be worth about $1.20. While this may seem small, when it comes to recruiting affiliates by the click, that $1.20 could bring you 4 PSAs that are "Superstars".
The lesson to learned from getting inactive affiliates is simple, send your sponsor a brief and sincere thank you, then roll up of sleeves and start working with them. Hope for the best, and if it doesn't happen you know that give it your best attempt. Nothing ventured - nothing gained. Aiming Higher & Dreaming Bigger - Wilg

What is a good financial budget to start with for SFI?

Everyone wants to know how much money do I need to invest to make a certain amount of money. Of course the answer to that question is it depends on how much you want to make and how much time you are willing to put in to achieve your goals. There is never a purchase requirement here. You decide what you can afford and stick with that every single month without fail. If you can't invest money, then be prepared to spend a lot of time on free ads every single day for at least 6 hours a day. Then when you gain a bit of traction reinvest your profits into your advertising so that your can leverage your growth.
Nonetheless, if you have $100 to invest every month then I would highly recommend it. The key to your success here at SFI is going to be growth, sales, and team leadership support. Given the rate of activity for PSAs, I'd invest $80 to create sales and $20 to recruit PSAs. You will always get 100% of your own activity. Network sales are based on the activity of your network and you get 45% of the CV. The more you can invest in sales the better as long as you are getting a good return on your money.

In general your business is just that yours. So you decide how much time you have. But I spend 100% of my time building my business. Be available for support but realize that some people are time wasters. They will never take action but ask you a million questions about this and that. These indecisive people should be instructed to follow your example. Be very clear about what you did. After that, allow room for them to do it. If you create 'invalids', then you will have to spoon feed them for life! Spend the all the time you can growing your business by producing sales. Don't waste time dragging a 'dead horse' to the water!
