Currently, I monitor the activities and look for someone in my downline, who is consistently doing his part in SFI on a daily basis. I offer reward and incentive to motivate those who have passion in SFI, but limited financially, until he can stand on his own, as long as he stays committed. One of the keys to success is: how far can you stretch yourself? Do you panic and hold back when facing your fears, or push yourself to get out of your comfort zone and just do it? As a Team Leader, if you are to convince your new affiliates to log in everyday, you must be doing that yourself in the first place as their example. As soon as you received your new PSAs don’t waste time in sending them your welcome message. By doing this, you’re giving them that very important first impression and start building relationship on their first day.
