It is an interesting question faced by every Sponsor when a new Affiliate becomes his down line.:
In the first instance, we will send an interesting, enthusiastic yet simple welcome letter using SFI Tools (Welcome Card). In the card itself, I request my Affiliate to acknowledge the receipt of my Welcome Letter. In my welcome letter (which I slightly modify), I will say a few realistic words about SFI which is my Organization and tell him, I am highly pleased that the Affiliate has chosen SFI to join especially when it is on the Expanding and exploding mode. In case he gives a reply, I further continue the dialogue by shifting the venue to EMail. Where the Affiliate doesnot respond, yet I continue sending him/her the weekly routine mails (Group), Stream messages, Tips etc., and I will not write off them, for we do not know, when and how an Affiliate realizes his respons.ibility
In the welcome letter, I ask the affiliate to go to the Affiliate Center, start studying SFI Basics and Launchpad Lessons, simultaneously requesting him/her to commence the work of To-Do items. This part is not originally in the Welcome Letter that is being sent now.
I will be sending the useful tips for completing the to-do items. In this letter, I will draw his attention to the first 5 items having the green-ascending planes, asking why we should attend to that in the first instance..& explain why....
Usually trend of the current generation youngsters is to expect instantaneous results for their work and results off-the-cuff. I will explain them that SFI is not get-rich-overnight sort of Organization. But it requires slow and steady work consistently; but not working in fits and starts
by them.
2. As and when they accustom themselves with the work culture, I gradually introduce them to the areas of Training(for learning things), S.C.Answers (they need not for major or minor clarifications touch up on the sponsor, but can knock the doors of SC Answers. Thus they will be introduced to the concept of working and work-culture of SFI. As a part of this, I will direct them to FORUM, in case of any controversial points/actions/decisions etc on different contemporary topics. They will hone themselves and get trained to face the world of SFI, so that they will be able to apply themselves to the problems after facing them and finding a solution. Not to say that I abrogate my responsibility as the Sponsor....No.But only to place them in the real world of business with typical problems and have practical solutions. But we will be guiding them from behind when they have a tough problem, taking care to stay behind when they succeed to celebrate the success.
3.The next and tough part is to explain them subtly that their progress in SFI depends on their decision to invest or not to invest. In case they want expeditious progress and quick results, they have to spend a minimum of $50 p.m. Where there is no capacity, they will be guided how to collect the qualifying points for few months. They will also be made to understand explicitly in clear terms that they have to invest a lot of energy and time where they can not invest money.
4. As a part of this strategy, if need be I will be sending them a few TCs now and then , and Gift Certificates in really worthy cases to give them a helping hand & to boost their morale. At this stage they will be asked to slowly expand their team by selecting 3 to 5 Affiliates who can just imitate them to grow up in business. They will be exposed to the concept of ECAs, selecting them and getting them registered, the GAMES which are inalianable part of the SFI/Tripleclicks and tricks of playing different games carefully for earning different items like, MRPs, TCs, cash etc.,In all the above matters, I will narrate my experiences, as also tell them how I succeeded where I did.
5. I have to be clear here that we can not adopt the same technique to coach, guide or help the Affiliates and that varies very much from case to case.
6.When once they become Executive Affiliate, I will tell them to rely on a Standing order for worry-less EA2 continuation and how they will be able to concentrate on real business expansion like, subscribing or obtaining S-build Coop, Custom Prestige Domain etc, for business, Placing of Ads etc.,
7. I will admonish them not to worry to be a Team leader at least without having 3 to 5 affiliates, by informing that SFI involves essentially team effort but not individual work. The individual can only go some distance (the stage of EA2). But beyond that it is only the team effort that makes the magic.
