Don't quit! And definitely do not get discouraged because the breakthrough could possibly be right around the corner.
The first thing I would do is get with your sponsor. If you don't have an active sponsor go into the forums and get advice from the senior team members. Find out who will be willing to assess what you did and did not do within your first year and why your not making progress. Figure out what the strengths and weaknesses were over the past year and come up with a more improved gameplan to attack the second year with vengence.
This is a tough question to answer because without knowing the facts of what you have done and have not done in your first year.
Did you maintain EA status for 9, 10, 11 months?
Where you plugged into a co-op like the S-Builder Co-Op with a standing order to have referrals plugged into your network every single month?
Did you do your to-do-list everyday to earn valuable versa points, communicate with your team, and learn valuable information to further your business?
How much of an effort was put into generating Tripleclick sales, distributing gift cards, utilizing all of the advertising methods available in order to expand the reach of your gateways, did you build a blog, participate in the forums?
Go into depth further of your first year activities. This will help determine a course of action for the second year. Most likely you've made some mistakes in the first year and didn't follow the structure laid out for you. Maybe you tried to re-invent the wheel and take what you might've learned from another program and implemented in this one and it didn't work out so well.
One thing is for sure.. there is many people within this community that is willing to help grow your business for the second year.

How is SFI different or better than other affiliate programs?

SFI provides the training and assistance needed for absolute beginners to learn and build a successful home business. Many other affiliate programs out there do not teach you step by step on how to build a business for yourself, SFI does that and more.
Many affiliate programs come and go but SFI has been around since 1997 and distinguish themselves as an elite training facility around the world for people to network and learn together.
SFI provides multiple streams of income for people to earn while others may provide just one stream, or no streams at all because they don't educate you on how to be successful the way SFI does.
SFI over delivers training and information that leave no excuse for anyone who joins not to become a success.
With SFI you begin earning commissions the first day that you join and it doesn't cost you a thing in order to earn. Other programs, including college, cost money. SFI teaches everything you need to be a successful Entrepreneur, both online and off, for FREE. Just the education alone is worth your time here AND your able to earn income along the way.
Whoever discredits SFI does not have the correct business mindset.

How can I convince new affiliates of the importance of logging in at the Affiliate Center every day?

If you have to convince an affiliate to just log-in every day this might not be the business for them. They might not want it enough to excel to a higher level of income because that is the most simplest portion of the business...just to log in and fulfill the to-do-list unrushed. If you have to convince somebody just to do that and grow a business for free, than I would spend my time in other areas.
With that being said however they might not be aware of how special the SFI opportunity is. I would try to build rapport with them through emails, Skype chats, instant messages, etc. to find out what there goals and needs are. How SFI can fulfill those dreams, and dreams they have not even thought of, just by simply logging in every day. How taking the time to read an article or two, SFI Basics, The launchpad, will help them to fulfill those dreams. One thing we all know is they signed up for reason. You might get a few people that just signed up for giggles and laughs but most people signed up because they want to be successful entrepreneurs, home business owners, self-employed. If you can help them to see how logging in every day can do just that -- to spend just 10 minutes a day to
* Assess the company more
* Network with like-minded individuals
* Learn what the company stands for and is all about
* Read articles
* Read SFI Basics
* Do the Launchpad
Then they will be on a path for success just for logging in everyday.

What should I avoid when creating SFI ads?

I think trying to re-invent the wheel is a vital mistake. Especially if you are just starting out there is no need to "think-outside-the-box" so to speak. Every ad you need to start has been created for you and every step on how to utilize those ads are given right along those ads. https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/MarketingCenter
Once your SFI business has been established and you are a team lead then you will know exactly how to create an ad that gets the click. Not only that, you will know how to teach folks who join from you how to duplicate your success.
I would just avoid trying to do your own thing when it comes to ads and let the Marketing Center lead the way if you are just starting out.

I would say handing out the $12 Gift cards to friends, family and the public. If a relative or friend handed me 12 dollars to place an order on a site that holds products I use everyday then I would be happy.
And remember these people can become recurring customers or even members. With this type of gateway into an opportunity that saves them money, makes you money, and can turn everyone's life around in a positive direction leads to a win-win-win for everybody.
Don't get me wrong, I believe each step is very powerful in expanding our SFI business. But handing out free gifts is a nice set-up for introducing people into the world of Tripleclicks.

How do I get new, anxious-to-earn-NOW affiliates to understand that it takes time to develop a successful business?

These are the people that are going to be more keen to instruction on how to build a business the right way. These are the affiliates who are going to be the ones you want within your organization. These anxious to earn now affiliates might not have to be told that it takes time to develop a successful business.
The timeframe doesn't matter unless they brought it up themselves. There will be no reason for me to let them know that it takes time to develop a business. It should be our job to show them how to develop that business as fast as possible.
We encourage these take charge affiliates who want to grab hold of the opportunity, take the bull by the horns, put their hands to the plow, and flourish.
Hopefully, we won't have to mention the timeframe it will take to develop a successful business. As we instruct them to grow their business, they take heed to those instructions and they see the results for themselves. They continually see there business grow and they contribute fresh ideas as to how to grow business which in turn will help us grow our businesses and everybody's business will keep thriving.

My approach to attracting new affiliates isn't working. What should I do now?

Maybe take a break from attracting new affiliates for right now and assess a new game plan with your sponsor so they can share with you what attracted you and other members of his or her team into this program.
Maybe the approach of generating Tripleclick sales is more of your strength. Develop new affiliates that way because those people might just be in love with the discounts and deals presented on Tripleclicks.com on a daily basis and would want to share the opportunities themselves. Everybody loves a deal and most likely people are paying more for the products they are already buying at other stores.
Maybe set up a budget to plug into a co-op so that you can start building a downline with a proven system for attracting new referrals into the business. And if you have the money already set aside then I would plug into the co-op immediately.

What are some good incentive offers for prospects to encourage people to join my SFI team?

Utilizing the gift certificates program is a great way to recruit new affiliates within your organization. If you offer $20 as an incentive to join SFI, your creating an atmosphere that is poised to explode your residual income and Tripleclicks sales.
Your creating a buzz about SFI because you might be recruiting an affiliate who might've been scammed in the past from other programs, lost money, and are now very skeptical about joining programs online. What the opportunity to receive a gift certifacate has done, is change that mindset into a more positive one. These people will be more inclined to stick with the business long-term and help generate future Tripleclick sales and recruit a downline for themselves.
You are going to receive 45% of the purchase back anyway, and if they don't make a purchase at all, you receive the full $20 back as well. Quite possibly, while they are browsing the Tripleclicks site to redeem there gift certificate, they may make a purchase(s) totalling over $20, or in the future, creating even more sales and income for you.
Also, this will help your advertising efforts through word-of-mouth advertising. I know if I received $20 from somebody just to join a program I would probably share that information with my friends and family. The friends and family will check out the website and may like the opportunity that SFI presents and/or like Pricebenders and/or Tripleclicks. This will grow your busineess. You will start to see your downline grow underneath the affiliates your handing out the gift certificates too, and your residual income will explode out-of-control.

What are the easiest ways to become an EA (Executive Affiliate) every month?
Cacey Taylor, Aff (North carolina, US)

Affiliate since: 06/15/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
The easiest way is to shop the Tripleclicks store and purchase products that you already buy anyway. With this approach you will accumulate VP towards the required 1500 VP every month. For example, if you purchase Vitamins from Walmart just shift that purchase over to your Triplclicks store and earn valuable VP in the process. If you work out and are into fitness they have fitness products. Birthdays coming up? make a purchase for your friends or family using your Tripleclicks store to make the purchase.
With over 100,000 products available for purchase everyday, make sure to checkout the prices and products within your Tripleclicks store before you buy from Walmart, Target etc.
Another possibility is setting up a standing order. Right now Tripleclicks offers two products that are exactly 1500 VP Every month.
1. 125 Pack of TCredits for only $36.25 with a Standing Order.
2. Advanced Liquid Nutrtion
The easiest would be to tap into the power of the TCredits. Utilize them at auctions and purchase products for pennies on the dollar. That $36.25 investment every month not only maintains your EA Status but also:
Gains valuable 1500 VP for the executive pool
Can be used at penny auctions to purchase products for pennies on the dollar
Products won at auction like PSA, CSA's can propel your business to the next level
etc. etc.
Don't be afraid to buy from the Tripleclicks store. Most likely you are buying the same products from other stores. Buying them from Triplclicks will help you earn and maintain EA status every month.

To reach out to the Platinum Team Leaders and ask them how they got there. Listen to there tips, articles, stream messages etc. These are our leaders within SFI and to become one we have to continue to learn from them. What better way to become a Platinum Team Leader than to learn from them.
Always pay attention to the tips and instructions that our founder Gery Carson puts out and take action. He is active within forums giving us new insight on how to be successful with SFI.
