What is the most valuable thing you learned in your first year in SFI?

I haven't been here for that long, only for two months now, but I feel like I need to share my opinion with you. Hope you don't mind.
The most valuable thing I've learned so far is the power of duplication and putting our efforts together towards our common goal! I'm lucky enough to be part of a winning team, where people stand by each other and unselfishly share experience and advice 24/7. Joined forces produce great results and I've discovered that to be exactly what gives me determination and encouragement to keep working. In my opinion, every successful company, or even family, is based on trust, joint efforts and positive attitude, and no one can make it alone.
This is the most valuable thing I learned because it has motivated me and also changed my perception of successful business. I'm thankful to SFI for that!

If you could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

As a matter of fact, there are several things I would do differently:
1) I would go for FastTrack – I didn’t realize how important it was at first
2) I would NOT collect all available VP in my first month, as I hastily did, because I didn’t know that each month we start from 0
3) I would start advertising and recruiting people much sooner, it took me almost two months to start with that
4) I would invest in 125 TCredits SO right away, but I didn’t want to do that in the beginning until I get assured that SFI works.
Those mistakes seem big to a beginner. However, they turned out not to be a big deal, because everything that followed later compensated for them. This is a long-term business, so even if you make some mistakes they well be brushed away if you stay active and apply the knowledge you gain in the meantime.

How do I convince someone to try SFI when they've had bad experiences previously with online businesses?

Maybe you can try to convince them by highlighting that they can definitely work without investments in the first, maybe even the second month. There is no startup fee, so there’s no risk of losing money. After a month or two, they will be perfectly able to see for themselves that this program works and that all representations are absolutely true.
You may also want to direct them to BBB site, to check Carson Services Inc. for themselves – I mean, if that’s not a proof of legitimate business, what is?
However, some people are impossible to convince, and maybe you should just let them be. Don’t waste your time convincing someone who will probably always remain doubtful and cause you many troubles all along.
