How can I best utilize my monthly Standing Order of TCredits?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
It would depend on your goal. The funds and time you're willing to invest to reach that goal. Different goals would require different strategies. For example: During your first six months with SFI you might focus more on building your team and in the second half of your first year you may be more inclined on winning the E365 and follow a strategy that would maximize your Sales and Action VP.
What's best for team building...doing my own advertising or buying PSAs?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
If your niche is in advertising by all means this will be better than buying PSAs. For most of us that have little or no experience in advertising it will likely come with some trial -n- error and a degree of disappointments along the way.
Take the advertising bull by the horns and learn all you can. Make friends with other successful SFI Affiliates via a2a and the Forum. You can learn from them but not to the exclusion of studying all SFI material on this subject. You want to have a good return on investment. If you find an ECA that is providing you PSAs that are giving you an excellent return on investment you can run these through your Co-op.
In due time with much effort you will develop methods and align with resources that work well for you and your team. Just keep your sites on your goals and don't give up on fulfilling your dreams.

What do you tell an affiliate who says he's going to quit because nothing is coming of his efforts and hard work?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
When you are asked a question in this way you will have no doubt that they know SFI is a real business where they will need to work and invest if they're ever going to see a return. They will also know it is not a get rich scheme. At this point it is best to proceed by asking them a series of questions about their efforts and hard work.
You can review their VP Ledger to see if their is anything that needs to be addressed. Let them know that quitting will not solve anything because it is the broad and easy way that most take. Those that fail have a habit of taking a path of least resistance. And if followed repeatedly will never lead one to succeed. Either change or remain a creature of habit.
Get them to promise you that they'll go back and review all the same reading material again and revisit the Training Tab links for anything they have not yet studied. Such as the Internet Income Course. You can even refer them to affiliate marketing statistics and articles.
See: AffStat Affiliate Marketing Statistics and Affiliate Marketing Has a High Turnover and Low Chance of Success?
Albert Einstein said, "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
Based on your knowledge, evaluation, of your team member and how long they've been at this you may need to tell them their approach has been all wrong. Remind them that there is a proven path and rules to follow which lead to success. And that no matter where they go in this kind of business people are essentially the same and the statistics do not deviate much.

How do you identify in your affiliates the skills that could help them become stars in SFI?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
The first place you would go to identify if your affiliate has the potential of becoming a star in SFI would be his/her Affiliate Snapshot/Profile. There you will be able to see if that potential exists based on their General Information, Work Experience, Business Strategy and Goals.
A good sign would be your affiliate member is a self starter not requiring much guidance because of his/her knowledge and experience in Affiliate Marketing or MLM. In such an instance you may need to adjust your strategy in some areas when providing your assistance.
By monitoring their VP Ledger you'll be able to tell allot about how the person works. If your affiliate is logging in daily, doing everything is an orderly and balanced way then you may have a star in the making. Be ready to reward your top movers with incentives, rewards and recognition for achieving certain milestones. Develop a friendship were ever possible. Be reliable and a constant business companion to your top movers.
If your affiliate already has considerable experience in advertising and marketing strategies they will likely already have numerous prospects and resources to help them achieve fast growth.
Even without this experienced background in affiliate marketing you could still have a gem in the making. You may have sponsored someone that is just super focused, learns quickly and has his/her mind set on succeeding in this business partnership with you and SFI.
When ever you have an affiliate that has never known any kind of work other than working for boss will need to be directed to reading content that will change their thinking. You will need to assist them in changing their employee driven mindset into that of an entrepreneurial driven mindset. Those with employee mindsets will likely have a skewed perception that causes them to think this business is a big risk when it is not.
Always work with your workers and stay focused.

What's the best way to get more VersaPoints?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
The best way to get more Versa Points is to strike the right balance between Action VP and Sales VP. Often Affiliate Members never make Team Leader because they fail to approach their tasks with knowledge, order and consistency.
Just look at your active PSAs and CSAs and you will find a whole kaleidoscope of results. I do! You will find them neglecting a combination of daily, weekly and monthly actions. Failing to do what ever it takes to acquire Action VP will only result in failure to reach the next level and will ultimately lead to complete inactivity.
It amazes me why some even bother to log in. I find some that never touch the Launch Pad Lessons and skip over various daily, weekly and monthly tasks. This continues even after providing E-Card Tips. One of my CSAs logs in everyday but always ends out the month with not more the 19 VP total for the month. It guess it takes all kinds.
I find that working with the workers usually falls on deaf ears. At least I know I did my job as their Sponsor/Co-sponsor and never asking them to do anything I was not doing. When you have a team you want them to follow your example but if you don't provide the right example you'll never be an awesome sponsor.
Goal Setting, Communication, and Duplication are not optional.
If you want to soar then you'll need to take the leap. Have Faith!

Where are the best places and what are the best ways to get answers about SFI?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
There are two classes of individuals for the approach to this question. The first class would be for your prospects and the second one would be for your new affiliate members.
For those who are on the outside looking in it would be to your advantage to have a website and/or blog. The more content that you can provide your prospects the better. You don't want them going off looking for the information they seek in all the wrong places. If you are not at that stage then our new Join My Team Gateway has a wealth of information on a single page. You could also provide your prospects with the "About Us" Link found at the bottom of SFI pages. They do not need to be logged in to view it.
After your new affiliate has joined SFI the first best place to get answers would be directly from your SFI Affiliate Homepage. There you have the black strip that runs horizontally across just below your photo. Just float your cursor over these and you will see numerous options - to many to mention here. Atop you have instant access to Start, SFI Basics, Launchpad Lessons, your Sponsor and his/her Leadership Page. Plus you can enter "topics for instant answers" whenever you are unsure were to find something. Example: Do you need the "Vacation Mode" just enter the word "vacation" and there you have access.
A little further down on your SFI Affiliate Homepage you have the latest SFI news and the latest SFI Forum Treads. Easy access to your daily tasks from your To-Do List and Red Tabs (learning by doing). Two very valuable resources for increasing your knowledge and to get answers would be the SFI Forum and the Answers to Ask SC questions. At the Forum you have access to Gery Carson, our Forum Gurus and their posts. Need help? Start a thread. And don't forget to read the rules.
At the very bottom of your SFI Affiliate Homepage you have access to much more. Just to mention a few of them; is your access to Support, 24-Hour Knowledge Base and the Language Translation Tool.
Lastly a very helpful area that should not be neglected is your TripleClicks Member Center.

How can I use a PSA's Affiliate Profile to help him or her get off to a good start and become successful in SFI?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
Lets expand on this a little bit because the Affiliate Profile is just one part of the Affiliate Snapshot we all receive when we sponsor a new PSA. From here you will also be able to see if he/she is logged in.
First is his/her name and knowing where they reside can be beneficial for different reasons. Knowing what time it is in their region will help with scheduling for online training sessions. Knowing his/her primary and secondary language will be important. You may have to resort to using translation tools. Above all else; "communication is key."
If you and your PSA both have Gmail it could prove to be beneficial. I always add them to my Google Plus Circle called "SFI Affiliates." And keep the chat open because you will be able to see if they are available to chat with you. One of my PSAs I just received from Bid and Build has contacted me after I followed these steps. He provided me his Skype ID and we proceeded over there and had a chat session. I also gained a new Facebook Friend. Now he is working and moving up on my Movers Page.
The affiliate profile is useless if your PSA does not log in or engage you in some form of communication. If that line of communication is open and he/she is engaging you you will be able to expand on their affiliate profile as more is shared with you about their background - Profession, Education, and Travels etc.
Once a bond and a trust is developed your PSA will be less likely to fold on you and SFI.
What's most important is your ability as a sponsor. Once you know their affiliate profile and have expanded on it via communications you will need to know where to direct your affiliate to receive the best guidance to overcome his/her deficiencies and achieve goals. You must be able to recognize your team members needs and have the knowledge and know how to provide them guidance or direction.
For the sake of illustration we will examine two areas your affiliate might be challenged or deficient. One area is when your affiliate is in need of changing his/her employee driven mindset to that of an entrepreneurial driven mindset. In such an instance you can go to the Forum and type "employee mindset" in the search and Wow! there you have what they need. Now all you need do is provide them that info.
A second challenge is your PSA may need help improving his/her writing skills. This is vitally important to the success of your team. Perfect your writing skills by answering Ask SC questions. You need to be an effective communicator. Don't resort to copy and paste (plagiarism) methods to replace your own deficiencies. Instead turn your weaknesses into your greatest assets. Read everything in SFI. Study the SFI Top Authors writings and visit the Forum for all the same reasons stated above. Always read the rules before proceeding.
Like planting seeds. You will need to enrich the soil and provide the right environment. All the conditions needed for your plants to take deep root and produce much fruit.

What are the best ways to use the MY MOVERS tab to maximize your SFI business?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
I love the Movers Tab. It is a powerful tool that reveals who are your go-getters/workers. At a glance you can see your top ten movers both PSAs and CSAs or you can sort them to view as PSAs or CSAs and expand to 50 in each category.
From your Movers Page you can see who is logged in. You have the option to chat, access to other contact information, E-Cards and their VP Ledger and much more.
The Movers Page is a key tool for working with the workers and giving guidance to those who may have overlooked somethings on their To-Do List. You can use the information you find there and apply it for recognition of your top ten Movers every ten days. On the 10th, 20th and 30th or 31st of the month and inform your team in the stream each time you do an update on your Recognition Tab. I just copy, paste and delete the information until I have what I want my team to view there. It does not take much time to do this.
Staying active yourself and leading by example will go a long way in keeping your team motivated.

When starting out in SFI, is it better to invest in advertising or in an EA-qualifying purchase?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
Investing in advertising first would be like putting the cart before the horse. It is better to make that EA-qualifying purchase first. Becoming EA2 is foundational to your success in SFI. Remember you want those you sponsor to duplicate what you do. If you wish to lead a team then you'll want to set the example for them to follow.
A leader manages his/her budget. After you have your 1500 VP min. Standing Order set up then you can begin budgeting for an advertising campaign. In the mean time you have many FREE sponsoring techniques and options available to you.
Without a min of EA2 status you'll have a huge deficit of benefits that are vital to you making progress in your SFI business. At a glance you can view our Benefits Chart and see the comparisons. Go here: https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/ComparisonChart
These benefits (Payouts, Perks and Tools) are vital to your success in SFI. Without them can be likened to standing on one leg. First things first! Plant both feet firmly on a strong foundation toward building your "strong future" while working at the "international" level to build an awesome team of passionate and active affiliates.

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?
Affiliate since: 04/08/2016, Power Rank: 99999999
Hi Mary,
Most definitely without a doubt I would encourage them to go for it and teach them how to make it happen. I have been maintaining my TL status right along since I joined SFI without any active PSAs and without any difficulty whatsoever.
My commission income has been steadily going up to my satisfaction because 1. I am active in SFI, 2. a TripleClicks Customer and 3. I have several active CSAs.
I am now able to invest my commission earnings into advertising or anything else related to growing a team of active PSAs.
Some will say becoming a TL will develop or happen naturally. Not so! The only thing that happens naturally is inactivity. Don't listen to those voices that say it will come naturally. If you want something you have to go get it. Make it happen! Set the bar for those who will follow your example. Get out and stay out of your comfort zone.
Log in daily and squeeze out every Action VP you can, maintain your Standing Orders (Why just one?) It's your store! Participate in the Price Benders Penny Auction and Games. You will win, add on allot of valuable Action VP and 5 to 10 (2X) MRP in the process. And don't forget to enter the Daily Grand Drawing everyday.
Imagine if you were investing in a brick and mortar business and what it might cost you and how long it would be before you profited. In SFI the foundation is already in place. All you have to do is build on it. Yes! it will come with a cost but not near as costly if you were on your own.
