So therefore you have 1st hand to their growth as a member of your team.
If they really want to quit,they won't contact you at all. They will just quit!
The fact that your team member has reach out to you is a sure sign they still see room to stay!
And that your team member is reaching out to you for help.
Its up to you to help them as their leader!
To try your best to help them see what else it is they need to be doing & convince them not to leave just yet!
SFI is no race track business. All your team members new & old should be taught this & reminded of this going forth at all times.
We all have to learn this business!
As leaders not only do we have to learn the business too!
We have to read,study,learn while we earn & teach everything we earn to our team members to duplicate everything we do.
We all have to build our sales,promotions & teams!
We can't afford to leave our team members by the way side!
Its best to work with the workers(your team members), to take them & their team members too the top with you.
Your team member needs more of your help,there is something they are not grasping here.
Work with this member 1 on 1,then you can pass this lesson on to all your other team members in your regular team mails too.
To reach them before & when they reach this point too.
Staying on top of this team cry, before it happens would be even more better & securer for your entire team & you too.
