Which is better to pursue...CSAs or PSAs?

PSAs are owned forever by the sponsor. CSAs are owned by another sponsor; of which you become a 'case of need' co-sponsor in caring for such affiliates.
By way of earning,PSAs give the sponsor 45% of any sales made by the downline, while CSAs give the co-sponsor 15%.
CSAs can only be maintained so long as the co- sponsor maintains the leadership position and looses them with the loss of the last EA position. PSAs are attached forever to their sponsor even 'onto death do we part'. With the afore going, the PSAs become more attractive and need more pursuation than the CSAs; who can be withdrawn in difficult situations; where support will be needed from down line.
Meanwhile, keeping the two together rather increases your earnings even into the future residual earnijgs. So to maintain 10 each of PSAs and CSAs, the average earnings, all things being equal will earn the sponsor 60%;earnings each month. Such a situation can enable the sponsor/ co- sponsor break even with expenditure/ earning ratio. Similarly maintaining 29 PSAs only will give a better scenerio than the former 90% of PSAs' earnings.
This is for the choice of pursue for PSAs.

What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

Sponsoring hundreds of affiliates each year is just like casting a net into the sea. Ones expectations are a bumper harvest of very good and expensive fishes. Now, these fishes are sorted out and graded. So is the recruitment drive. Great PSAs are graded into a first class team and special attention paid to. Such serious ones can be approached on "one on one" basis because of their ability to progress faster.
The next group is grsdually and patiently groomed to pick up but not thrown back to sea. Such group may have certain individual challenges; which will need special attention. Should this cause any strain on the sponsor, he/she can reassign them to the hard-working and other PSAs showing great prospects. Such an action creates a balance within the team and enhances a gene ral growth and encourages hardworking PSAs to work even harder.
The first group of 'hard-workers', since motivated tend to move up the ladder and with some motivations from the sponsor, they in turn copy the system from the top by duplicating more PSAs for themselve. This cause the ripples originated by th sponsorvto spread throughout the team for more success.
So therefore recruiting hundreds of PSAs each year and concerntrating on the very good ones is the best optiodn and the weak are not ignored but tended carefully for the future.

What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?

New affiliates are supposed to be fresh entrants and need to do the initial study diligently. They are NOT supposed to:-
1. Rush through the instructions to gain the first badge-FAST TRACK but read and understand very well.
2. Wait for anyone to ask them to put into practise whatever knowledge gained. Start recruiting to build a team without promptings.
3. Try to gain all the FREE VersaPoints available for the first month. This is no race but a move to make money at a less cost. Some VersaPoints will be needed in the second month as well, before a Standing Order is set up.
4. Wait too long to set up Standing Order, eo to enhance faster climb along the SFI ladder.
5. Wait for days before visiting Homepage. Daily, weekly and monthly visits done regularly and on time.
6. Avoid setting monthly GOALS. These will serve as guide to performances.
7. Select certain 'RED TABS' to work on and avoid others, such as ASK SC.
8. Loose any daily, weekly or monthly points available. these will enhance easy climb up the ladder.
I hope these few DONTs will help new affiliates to stay on course.

Fear of Success is as real as Fear of Failure. Success brings one into limelight and places a lot of responsibilities on ones shoulders. It's such responsibilities that cause the fear.
Success in SFI is the acquisition of a good and vibrate team; that gives a huge earning power to the successful sponsor.
Such a success has its own responsibilities and this creates the fear element
For such a successful affiliate, there is the need to plan, delegate some of his/her powers to some very successful downline and suoervise the ultimate peak of his/her pyramid.
With a very good administrative capabilities, the sponsor can have a close-knit administration; that can prevent infiltration, so as notto cause cracks in the system.

How do I get my downline to focus on duplication? How do I explain the importance of duplication to them?

Human nature is such that; ' we create and share'-where one discovers what was hidden by the Creator and keeps the findings from the society- knowledge will be lost.
As we find a hidden treasure like SFI, it is best to let others know of such a beneficial program. Such is duplication.
Duplication, as well means after acquiring some knowledge, you create others to be like you. This brings lasting sharing and continuity in knowledge transfer.
So, as your downline have had an impact from you, so should you just tell them 'to transfer same knowledge unto others'. This can brighten the world better than one.
Such knowledge transfer can be likened to the lighting of a single candle by the originator-it is very limited; should he teach several people to light candles, the whole world will be as bright as day at night.
So whatever you have learned, whatever you have seen, whatever you have heard and believed, tell others. Share with all, for as SFI is good , all will be well. And the next generation will ever remember you for hard-work and sharing for success. Thanks

Why is it important to have team members to take on leadership roles?

Team leaders groom members to take after him/her in duplication, teaching and motivation of down line. Gradually, as the team grows, hard working members grow up to distinguish themselves as sub-eaders.
Such a growth causes the head to have a successful leadership experience.
Earnings will subsequently increase along the line upwards and the base will start broadeing into a huge cone.
Such a situation is very ideal in any business climate. So with some guidance, motivation and focus, the leadervhaving taken steps to keep the leadership build-up going will have most sub-leaders recruiting more affiliates.
Such advancement should be encouraged with prizes from the team leader. Creation of competition amongst the downland will encourage hard work and great performance from all members.
TripleClicks sponsorship encouragement can then be the difference and the various earning capacities will grow accordingly. The team leader will have a strong base for the remedial earnings of the team leader and the subsequent leadership along the line.

How do you get new PSAs to commit to SFI?

Commitment to SFI is done at the beginning of the PSAs entrance into the family of all affiliates. Committing to work assiduously means an affiliates giving a firm promise to the sponsor to follow his/ her steps along the journey throughout the SFI marketing program.
For any PSA to take the first right step towards commitment to SFI depends, very much on the sponsor; who guides the new affiliate through introductory and guidance mails. These mails, introduce and direct the affiliate.
When these mails encourages and clears a lot of doubts, PSAs are given the assurances of safety and good stay, such commitment s are easily made.
PSAs who really give such firm promise tend to perform creditably and progress smoothly to the top.
In conclusion, it's the encouragement, setting of good examples by sponsors, motivation of PSAs, the proper guidance thereof among others that serve as the basis upon which PSAs get committed to SFI and to their sponsors.

Advertising flyers, continue our work of telling others about SFI and TripleClicks, Pricebender auction among others. They are provided free of charge by SFI and TripleClicks.
While we sleep or in our absence, these flyers continue to announce and direct prospective affiliates and buyers to SFI and TripleClicks to our store and sites; to make purchases and or join our team or earn commission.
Places where human traffic is at its maximum are the best places to post such adverts. Some of such places are;
1. Main roads: where traffic is rather slow, that enables road users to read and notice these adverts
2. Fairs; where most people go to search for products to buy.
3. Coffee shops; where people go to rest and have food to eat
4. Bars; drinking places
5. Restaurants; resting places for food and drinks.
6. Universities and Colleges' notice boards; attract students.
7. Social notice boards for the community.
Several such places are very ideal for posting of attractive adverts. All such placements should be permitted by the appropriate owners and authorities.
