1. Create a contact with them which has to be through Instant Messaging which will be close to
a face to face conversation.The power of face to face conversation is immeasurable. What you

make it,they remain motivated as far as as they are chatting with a committed member of SFI
as you.
2. Get them to know each other, something that will enjoin upon them the sense of belonging,
