When a newly sponsored affiliate completed his/her affiliate profile, SFI will send an Affiliate Profile notification to his/her sponsor.
The affiliate profile that includes the profile scores can be an excellent leadership tool to identify potential stars in your downline.
Understanding the Profile Scores:
- SFI has a system in place that reviews the responses of your affiliates, who have responded to questions on their Affiliate Profiles.
- Each response has a corresponding point value assigned to help identify affiliates who have:
1. Set high goals
2. Committed to investing significant time or money into their own SFI business
3. Experienced in network marketing or Internet marketing
4. Possessed leadership experience, and so on.
- These point values are all added altogether to create the affiliate's Profile Score.
- The Profile Scores enable you to quickly get an idea of your affiliate's level of motivation and commitment, and could even gain an insight into what kind of affiliate he/she is going to be.
- In evaluating each of your affiliates based on their profile scores, there are limitations on how much weight you should put on. Keep in mind that the score is only a number based on Affiliate Profile responses. A high score does not guarantee a future Diamond Team Leader. Likewise, a low score doesn't necessarily indicate that an affiliate will likely become inactive and opt out. Whatever the Profile Score is high or low, you should equally treat all of your affiliates with enthusiasm and strong support.
Furthermore the Affiliate Snapshot link that comes with every affiliate profile notification is an excellent place to find more detailed information about your affiliates. With this information, you’ll be able to customize your support to each of your affiliates to help them become successful in their own SFI business.
