Getting the most from your MRP is just a matter of how you spend them. If you spend them on merchandise that you can flip on Ebay then you have "created cash out of thin air". It is easy to do.
1. Set a budget to spend on Tripleclicks.
2. Participate in as many auctions as your budget will allow. DB auctions provide 10 MRP for every 1 TCredit spent.
3. Amass enough MRP to buy a nice product from the MRP store.
4. When you have the item, set up an E-bay account. There is a fee involved to sell on Ebay.
5. Put the item up for a 3 day auction set to close at 12:00am your time on the third day.
6. Start the bid price lower that what the item retails for at Ebay.
7. Let the bidding war begin and watch for the winner!
8. Ship the item asap to the winner.
Another thing you can do is use your MRP to build your SFI business. Always invest in TCredits because that is the currency of the auctions. If you need VP then buying TCredits in singles tend to give you greater value in VP and MRP. The actual value of a MRP varies widely across the board. So beware of just spending your MRP frivolously as they are like cash. When it comes to capital, we know that cash is king!

Which is most effective for advertising SFI...a regular hosted website or a blog about SFI?

The most effective advertising will come from your blog. A standard website(one provided by SFI) which brand your business opportunity. All of the traffic from all of the affiliates who advertising this site serves to brand SFI and not you as a independent business owner. It is not a total loss because the site is provided to your for free and hosted on SFI's servers which they have the professional level service to maintain. Generally, the site loads fast and is very marketable. As of this year the site has under gone a number of updates. So in the end, your marketing strategy overall is going to determine how well this site serves you.
Notwithstanding, investing in your blog will reward you 10 times over. Mainly because you can control the content and brand yourself as an independent business owner. All from one interface you can sale TripleClicks products, promote Pricebender Auctions, promote Eager Zebra Games, you can diversify your marketing so you can create multiple income streams from your SFI business, and so much more. With your own web property, you can really began to build a serious income for yourself and your family. The biggest advantage of your blog will be that you can diversify the content yet maintain the focus so that when your audience comes to your blog they will interact with the content in such a way to build liking and trust. In the end, your blog is going to be more personable and receive more ranking in the SERPs so you can build organic traffic. The organic traffic that comes to your SFI website is mostly likely not going to come through your gateway.
Therefore, I recommend that you send all of your traffic to your blog and not to your SFI gateways. Use the site for what is intended as a back office. Use your gateways but point to your blog. If you can't invest in a good WordPress blog then use what you have until you can then brand your business so you can achieve greater success over time.

Which is better and why...to contact my PSAs through SFI (e.g. PSA Mailer) or directly via their email address?

I know that it is always best to contact your PSAs through their email address as long as you are whitelisted. You have affiliates who don't log in everyday but check their email everyday. You can also find them on social networks like facebook when they are not even logging into SFI. There is a simple reason for this. They have not learned to prioritize their business. Many people are overwhelm when they log into the SFI center especially when they are new. There are 100s of links and they don't understand the significance of it all yet.
Therefore the best way for you to indoctrinate them to SFI is through short messages with no more than 3 points to their direct email address. If you try to email your PSAs using the mailer you may find that your messages are not getting read simply because that's another link to click! I always get a copy of my mails that I send to my team in my email and as long as your affiliate whitelists
[email protected] they should be getting your messages without logging in. But if they have not whitelisted
[email protected] then chances are they are not getting your mail at all. Top that off with not logging in frequently and there is a gross communication void. Even so, you should tell your PSAs to whitelist your email address so that your direct messages will land in their inbox otherwise, they will be in the spam or bulk folder which can be deleted without notice.

Should I promote the ECA program to businesses that are not online and/or do not currently use the Internet?

Companies that are not online choose not to be for a reason. Find out that reason before you mention the ECA program. The reason is someone from the company must be responsible for maintaining the ECA and fulfillment. They may not have the staff for that so an inactive ECA is just useless as a inactive PSA. You are looking for prospects who want to expand their customer base and have the infrastructure in place to support distribution of products wherever they are needed. Some business choose to stay local and are not interested in a global presence. In this case, you might mention that you can expand your local market as well by having an online presence. Sales can be done in such a way to make shopping the store advantageous or vice-versa. At any rate, a local ECA merchant has a lot to gain by selling more products locally so that's the best angle to come from in that case.

How can you build your SFI business on a tight budget?

The best way to build your SFI business on a tight budget is to be willing to invest twice as much time in it as anyone else. Knowing that money is tight, you have to be aggressive with your time management. Focus 80% of your effort on the 20% of the task that make profits.
Any transfer buy can seem like a hurdle when you just don't have the money. So get creative and find ways to get some money and invest it into growing your business. Don't fall into that trap of thinking that since I don't have much money, I can't invest. You can start with any amount and then doubling over time an it will blossom. So start small and go big when you can.

What's the best way to advertise the TCards to motivate prospective PRM's to play Eager Zebra games?

The best way to promote anything is out of the back end. What's promoting on the back end? I'm glad you asked. It's an indirect way of selling. There are tons of shopping communities online. People love to shop but that don't like being told to shop. They want to shop when they want to shop. So when your engaging your social audience be socially engaging.
If you won something on the auctions then talk about what you won and how it has impacted your life. Talk about the rate of delivery, your customer service experience with getting the item you won. Do a selfie with the item that you won. Make a video showing how to use the item that you won. Sharing this kind of content and you will give away more Gift Cards as a result.
People like people who like what they like. So if you like a particular movie and you won that movie on an auction that is your lead way to share your experience. Other people who like that movie may have it already but they may think of another movie that they would like to have. Now your prospect is intrigue and will probably ask you if that movie is on auction.
Give them your gateway to the auctions and tell that there is a listing of all the upcoming auctions and you will give them a $12 Gift Card to check it out. So you see, you didn't do anything to "advertise" the Gift Cards. You simply share your experience with people who can appreciate your story.

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

Those affiliates who aspire to be TLs are overachievers. Welcome and embrace that quality as most will do nothing! They want to be the best in all they do. They love the competition and thrive on the challenge. Welcome them with open arms and reward them for their faithfulness.
That said, I don't push my team to maintain higher milestones without the supporting structure of EAs. EAs are the building blocks of a successful network. Everyone can do this. Everyone can find a transfer buy and invest into their future based on their budget. For example if you play your cards right you can nearly earn 1000 to 1200 VP from activities like participation in auctions, Eager Zebra games, AskSC, the Daily Grand, and the home page action tabs. Depending on how many points shy of 1500 they are a small transfer buy will solidify EA2 for life each month.
Therefore it is more important to encourage PSAs to keep cost dost and build a strong foundation for their SFI business. Leave no EA with PSAs. Then the higher milestone will not be difficult to re-qualify for. As more EAs are added to the team other EAs will make higher milestones automatically. It is spontaneous advancement that is desired more than struggling to maintain and grow.

Where can I get good content for my SFI blog without infringing on copyrighted material?

You can find good content for your SFI blog on the social networks. First all, anything you put on a social network can be shared unless you change the privacy settings. Making information exclusive defeats the purpose of sharing on the social network except in the case of a private group.
Another place you can find very good material for your SFI blog is the SFI affiliate center itself. There tons of great information available for affiliates. Of course you should just copy and paste information. Read the information and take notes noting your take away points. Then, write a synopsis of the information in your very own words. Add your personality and enthusiasm to your blog and you will never run out of information to write about!
One more place where I find very useful information for my SFI blog is newsletters. You can can subscribe to many leading business newsletters and always find useful content related to entrepreneurship, marketing, financial accounting, leadership, team building, and hundreds more. Again the sky is the limit.
Finally, the best place to get material for your SFI blog is from business forums. These are a literal goldmine full of marketers who are in the trenches and are willing to share their experiences. You can find resources, places to advertise, new strategies, and get the latest scoop about what is happening in our industry. Business forum are a valuable resource of information. Just always remember to treat others' content they way you would want yours to be treated. Never plagiarize but adapt the content for your use. If necessary give proper annotation and you will be good to go.

No matter what you do in internet marketing you must keep it fresh and new. So don't fall in love with an old chair so to speak. If it's broke toss that baby out and get a new one. As the old saying goes, if it isn't broke don't fix it.
If marketing isn't your strong suit, then connect with your sponsor and maybe they have a solution that will work for you. Follow the chain upward until you find something that works. But whatever you do, don't ask for help then when you get do absolutely nothing!
Most of the time something doesn't work, it means that the information may need to be reexamined from a new prospective. Leave no stone unturned and you will find something that works for sure. But if your actions are misguided then you can't blame it for not working. Whatever approach you use, be certain that you have proper insight.

I have planned a local get-together for A2A affiliates. Any suggestions on what to do at the meeting?

Planning a local get together for SFI affiliates in your area is a wonderful idea. It should be carefully coordinated and planned. If possible, you would like to have to cooperation of local team leaders to be present to give their feedback. Platinum team leaders often have large networks and may not be able to break away so don't be disappointed if you can't get any leaders there. Here are some of the most pertinent things to discuss:
1. What our product is and who our customers are?
2. What is the lifetime value of a customer?
3. How much money are you making from your daily activity and how you can improve this?
4. What is your product merchandising strategy to reach your financial goals?
5. What are the best selling products?
6. How to use PPC to drive traffic for product purchases and understand earnings per click?
7. How to create effective sales funnels for product categories?
8. How much traffic are you driving to an offer and how to track effectively for performance?
9. Who are your top ten affiliates and how do you reward them?
10. Which advertising sources provide the best quality traffic and what is the break even analysis on this advertising?
There are many other pertinent concerns that can be addressed by these will be enough to last for 10 get togethers!
