To help you choose the best method in building your team, I’m going to lay down the advantages and disadvantages of both options.
1. Launching your own advertising campaign.
Depending on your allocated time in operating your SFI business, you’ll need to formulate your marketing strategy. It means, not just an advertising campaign, but a marketing campaign that is well researched, well-thought-out and focused on details and execution.
Planning your marketing campaign starts with understanding your position in the marketplace and ends with details such as the wording of an advertisement. As you run your advertisements, you may need to do some fine adjustments. You can measure the performance of your ads by using Hit Tracking and Keycodes. You’ll need to leave room to make changes as you go along because no plan can perfectly capture reality. But you should also be able to commit fully to implementing your plan-or some future version of it, if you want to take a strong step toward growth.
To get the most out of your advertising dollars as well as good results, you’ll need to focus on the details and execution of your marketing plan. It will require considerable amount of time, persistence and commitment on your part, but it pays off in the long run.
2. Purchasing PSAs
Be careful where you purchase your PSAs. You’ll need to do research on how the PSA sellers pre-qualify their leads. What kind of method these sellers are using to generate their leads? Are they targeting the right prospects who are very interested in network marketing or just generating leads of somewhat interest in business opportunity? It may save you time to purchase sign ups from ECAs but acquiring PSAs, who don’t even log in after signing up is a waste of your marketing dollars.
Doing your own advertising campaign gives you the advantage to target your market and become in-tune with the people you’re trying to reach, but in purchasing PSAs you have no idea how the PSA sellers generate their leads and how effective is their pre-qualification method.
Persistent promotion of your SFI business will be the key element to your success. Whichever option you choose will depend on your personality type and how well it suits in your team building and expanding the growth of your SFI business.
