What is the best plan to give your new PSAs to help them get started...from day one through their third month in SFI?

This is an excellent question but I must say there is no 1 way to 'skin-a-cat'! That said, this is what I recommend for my team so there is no need to reinvent the wheel when progressing in SFI. What is good for goose is also good for the gander in this case. Stick with the basics and following the launch pad training from day 1 through 30. During the first 30 days, it is important not to try to learn too much too fast. The end result usually is burn out then opt out! A classic Challenger disaster! So shoot for EA and if you get BTL good for you. Never forget to set the expectation.
Rather, take SFI 1 day at a time. Adding and learning just a little bit more as you go. Then by the time you are in your second month. You should be very clear on sponsoring affiliates. By effectively using some of the free advertising methods each affiliate should be recruiting 1 affiliate per week. Moreover, promoting your ECA gateway opens the door for recruiting ECAs, and the same with your TripleClicks gateway and the SFIPPA gateways. By the end of the second month you can expect to began to see results from all of your free advertising. It is vitally important to maintain EA to EA2 so spread the 3000 training VP to all 3 months and obtain EA2. If you reach BTL - that's a solid high 5 for you.
Finally in the third month, you should be in position to kick it up a notch. While BTL is definitely within reach based on your SFI experience up to this point, there are no limits on your business. You got the basics: Sponsor. Refer. Duplicate. You've made EA2. You understand better about the compensation plan. You go all in! Everything you can muster to include time and money. If you stick with the basics and work it, it will work for you and I look forward to seeing you at the top!

How do you prevent people from preying on your downline and convincing them to join other programs?

This is a very good question and I have a very good answer for you - you can't really. People are curious by nature. When told not to do something it is human nature to rebel. So the grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence. Affiliates have to mature into professionals and then it will be clear to them that no other business opportunity could possibly do more for them than SFI.
This said, your support and guidance is going to be central to building loyalty and branding. What do Fortune 500 companies do to differentiate themselves and hedge in their target market? First and foremost is quality support. In SFI this means, you need to position yourself in the minds of your network as an expert. You have to be a good leader. Even so, you don't have mind control over your network.
However, when they have concerns, you should address them. I try to answer all of my emails within 24 hours. 99% of the time I do this. As your network grows, it can be challenging. But 24 to 48 hours is very doable. Be an awesome sponsor. Provide your network with all they need to succeed and help them when they are willing to follow your guidance. You can't help people who refuse to follow your recommendations.
Consequentially, I don't worry about whose joining what . . . if they ask me I tell them to focus on building your SFI business foremost. It takes a concentrated effort to produce extraordinary success in SFI. When success doesn't come as quick as most affiliates want it to, they go looking for other programs to join. It's not a matter of someone specifically targeting 'your affiliates' . . . since they don't know them or you from a Cockatoo!

I live in Africa. How can I become successful in SFI?

The way you become successful in SFI is to start where you are. Starting can be the biggest part of your challenge because we all a been preconditioned by our circumstances to a certain degree. Nevertheless, you control the degree of the conditions. You are not a product of your environment you can impact it and change it to meet your needs and goals.
Many affiliates live in places where the economy may be poor or indifferent toward a global market place but that does not negate the fact that a global economy exists. You as well as everyone that registers in SFI have the same tools and resources available to you as are available to the number 1 affiliate in Africa.
So, that's where you start - right there in Africa. No more excuses. Reach out and try to bridge an alliance with the number affiliate in Africa to find out what they did to help them. If that fizzles out then use what you have.
If you have no money, the leverage your time to learn from your sponsor and up line leaders. Ask them how they got started in SFI. If they are non-responsive then go to an A2A friend. Find out how they got started. Can't find a friend? Then go to the forum and research all the many posts on how to get started.
If you don't have a backhoe to dig a 1 mile ditch, get started with the shovel in your hand. Peradventure, the right someone will come along and ask what are you doing? Then you tell them that you are digging a 1 mile ditch with a shovel. Then they may tell you hey man you should use a backhoe for this job - I know a guy who has one and he will dig this ditch for you in no time.
But if you sit and say I'm in Africa I can't do this. No one notices or cares. It is by doing that you get noticed and by doing will you attract the help that you need. So start where you are and use what's in your hand. Be it the affiliate center resources or an A2A affiliate, neither will do you any good until you make up in your mind to get up and do what is required to achieve success.

What is the best way to set up an advertising co-op for my affiliates?
Williams Ford, Aff (Georgia, US)

The best way to set up your advertising co-op is using the S-Builder and I will tell you why. The S-Builder is advertising is done by Carson Services, Inc. Just in case you didn't know, Mr. Carson has been in internet marketing for around 25 years or so. He was one of the top producers in another company before starting this company. If any one know how to build a network marketing business, it's Mr. Carson. He has not only done it, but talked to many others who have done it. So he brings to the S-Builder the best and most affordable advertising for our target audience.
That said, by setting up your co-op with the S-Builder, you will be supporting your TripleClicks SuperStore. This will be perpetuated through multiple generations to create some massive duplication for your SFI business not to mention even more commissions. Even though the S-Builder is not the only way to set up your co-op, it is one that I highly recommend for any SFI affiliate to use.

I'm an ECA. Will getting a TCurrency License help to increase my sales?

It is possible that a TCurrency license can help increase your sales because some shoppers will use that option. But you should have a well placed marketing plan that will ensure that your ECA receives appropriate exposure will serve you better. It is one tool in the arsenal but it does not guarantee sales. Again, you have to promote your ECA heavily in order to get sales.
Why is creating duplication in your SFI business important?
Williams Ford, Aff (Georgia, US)
12/12/2013 11:28 am
Affiliate since: 07/02/2024, Power Rank: 99999999
Creating duplication is very important because you can only do and achieve what you can do and achieve. Given you are an excellent affiliate there are still limitations to what you can achieve. However, you can not accept the misconception that because my down line is inactive I can't succeed in this business. Wrong. Yes you can.
You can achieve what you set out to achieve in commissions volume for yourself. The problem is most affiliates want to have success handed to them on a silver platter with all the trimmings. Before you can create duplication you must become the catalyst for that duplication by your superb example.
You must generate sales and you don't need a down line to generate commissions. Please review the compensation plan. There are many avenues to earn commissions. However, duplication is the best way to leverage your efforts for massive commissions in time. This is why it is important. You earn from your efforts and from the efforts of those you mentor.
This said, J. Paul Getty's remarks about having 1% of the efforts of others is true. But nothing from nothing is nothing! This is true rather you get 1%, 15%, 45%, or 100%! Duplication starts with you! Be the best affiliate you can be and then you can see clearly how to create duplication and explode your income.

Which would be good TripleClicks products to promote for Easter?
Williams Ford, Aff (Georgia, US)

Affiliate since: 07/02/2024, Power Rank: 99999999
Anything products related to the Easter holiday like cross pendants, cross necklaces, cross engraved products, cross earrings, cross crowned rings, etc. Of course the cross symbolizes the death of Christ but moreover the propitiation for sin and redeemption. Easter is about new birth and new beginnings or a renewed life. So the crucifix can also be a symbol of hope, forgiveness and restoration. Therefore products that foster these general themes surrounding the holiday can also fair well if marketed appropriately. Why not scour TripleClicks for the top 5 merchants who sell such products and pick their top 5 selling products by commissions and put them in a product collection called the best gifts of Easter. You would get a unique link to promote all 25 products to your social networks for great potential profits. Do be sensitive and reverent of this most sacred holiday. Done correctly no one should be offended and you should get good results.

What is a good message I can use to greet my new PSAs?

A good message for any PSA is a warm greeting. You want to build rapport with your PSAs first. If you come on strong as business professional your PSAs will not listen to you. Offer your assistance and tell a little about yourself. Primarily, take interest in your PSA. Learn about them. Find out what their ambitions are and connect with them on that level.
Always remember how you felt when you first joined - LOST! You don't need a million things to do. You just really want to be assure that this is right for you. So a simple message is the best approach. For example,
Greetings, (name)
I am (name) your sponsor from (where). I am glad that you decide to be apart of my professional network. I am here to help you reach your goals. I've been doing this for (how long) and I really love working with people.
Review the affiliate center especially the 3 buttons by your profile pic. If you have not added your pic then do it as soon as you can and please let me know if you need my assistance.
I really look forward to working with you everyday. Again, welcome aboard. Let's work together to achieve your goals. (close)

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?
Williams Ford, Aff (Georgia, US)
1/31/2014 4:28 pm
Affiliate since: 07/02/2024, Power Rank: 99999999
You should communicate with them as often as necessary to get the job done. Communication is a 2-way event. When emails are sent out, there is never anything wrong with a short reply acknowledging receipt. Then whether or not action is taken according to the email at least the sender knows that the message was received. 99% of messages go unanswered! That's based on my experience with the genealogy mailer etc.
So this is a great question and a great time to start communicating! This may just be your breakthrough to a greater milestone achievement. I always emphasis . . .if you have a question just ask. There are no dumb questions - just unasked/unanswered/answered ones! Never be afraid ask a question of your sponsor/co-sponsor as they should be your first line of communication. Respect builds rapport too. We can all learn together and benefit from this.
There are 100s of unnecessary questions on the forum because people don't respect or value the opinion and expertise of their sponsor/co-sponsor/upline. Some are there to socialize. This is not to say that you can't or shouldn't reach out to the forum for assistance but how would you feel if your PSA is on the forum talking about an issue that they never brought to your attention . . . even after you send SFI mail with a welcome invitation? It's really needs to end.
Bottom line, your sponsor introduced you to the business so for that they have some information that can help if they are willing to share it and you are willing to take it. Respect goes both ways. I really so no reason for a sponsor not to answer the questions of an affiliate. Even if they don't know the answer they can refer it to an upline or even support and get back with you. That's following the chain of command. That's how communication in business should happen.

I'm designing an SFI business card. What information should I make sure to include?
Williams Ford, Aff (Georgia, US)

Affiliate since: 07/02/2024, Power Rank: 99999999
The information that you should include on your business card is just enough information to get the prospect to call you or email you. If you put too much information on the card, then they do not have a need to talk to you. This may cause the prospect to make a premature decision about your product/service without knowing pertinent facts about the benefits.
Therefore, it is always a rule of thumb to keep it as simple and straight to the point as possible. However, you business card should make a strong enough impression so that the prospect will remember that you gave it to them and they need more information.
In conclusion, your card should include your name and email or phone number. 3 Bulleted benefits disclosing questions and a theme that sums up why they must contact you to get more info!
