It’s not about “your company”, it’s “your business, so this business is about “you”- will not for sure benefit your SFI business when dealing with friends, family or strangers. Just present the facts about SFI.

- Just be yourself in your presentation. Making them believe that you have a “better” solution than their job: people can feel offended if they like their job; if you like what you do and you get paid for it… a job really isn’t that “bad”. You should honestly tell them that you are doing something else and let them make up their own mind about it then.

- Don’t present unrealistic expectations about SFI. Don’t forget that the goal is not to make money fast, but to create relationships. So if you’re already trying to make a quick buck by promising family and friends some baloney nonsense, you will find it even harder to promote your home based business opportunity to other people. This is a very important question dealing with the quality of affiliates joining your SFI organization. In order to have higher probability of recruiting only serious affiliates, you need to develop a marketing strategy that target serious online business seekers, who are open and honest, goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven.

This is a matter of how you present SFI to your prospects in order to find out, if they are serious or not.

How do you go about in presenting SFI to your prospects, so that you have higher chances of sponsoring only serious and committed affiliates?

1. Before going to the content of what you’re going to tell to your prospects about SFI, first address the issue of sponsoring quality affiliates (serious affiliates).

According to THE PLAN having 1500 personal SVP and 5 PTLs on your first level will advance you to the rank of a Diamond Team Leader (DTL). To answer your question, I would like to ask you the following questions:

- What’s your long term goal?

- Would you stop growing your SFI business once you identified your five future PTLs?

- Would your five PTLs enough to sustain the growth of your SFI business?

- What will happen if one or two of your five future PTLs stop or opt out from doing SFI? Would you have enough income to support the growth of your SFI business and afford your life style?

These are important questions you need to consider in growing your SFI business. One of the most important goals in networking business is building a solid and profitable team for many years to come. This is especially important if you’re planning to supplement your income, close to retirement or you want to attain financial freedom.

Identifying my future PTLs alone is not sufficient to address those above mentioned important long term goals.

I will continue to keep developing more first-level stars in my team. Here are the reasons:

- Increasing the number of first level stars in your team will increase the earning potential of your monthly commissions.

- With the increasing number of your first level starts, you’re building a more robust foundation of your SFI organization.

What you should do and how do you deal with “lazy and unmotivated” affiliates?

- Don’t be bias; give them the benefit of the doubt.

- Use your Genealogy/Movers tab to monitor their progress.

Developing trust in a team is not an overnight task. It takes time to build a close relationship. The team leader must constantly communicate with his downline and be there for them. Generally, I’ll send a message to my team at least once a week.

By just asking “How may I help you?” or “How can I help you?” you are showing that you are concern about them. You’re not just treating them as business partner but you are going beyond the normal support one can expect in the business world. A prompt answer to their message is a very important key in developing trust. I congratulate and reward them for their achievements.
