In order to find out if the recently announced changes on January 1st will have an effect in regards to the growth of your SFI business in 2016, you need to fully understand each of the announcement and how it will fit to your business and strategic plan.
By analyzing the following changes and evaluating your business and strategic plan, you'll be able to make adjustments to enhance the growth of your SFI business:
- Milestone Shares
The Milestone Shares is designed to encourage affiliates to maximize the accumulation of their personal VPs. How can this new innovation help grow your SFI business?
1. From the rank of an affiliate the Milestone Shares will motivate them to become active and stay active. They would want to log in everyday and score as much VPs as they can to become EA. This would compel them to start reviewing their VP Ledgers, start building their own team by sponsoring new affiliates in other words, they'll begin to increase their level of participation in activities that promote growth for more VP accumulation. By doing this all their valid shares banked to date are added to monthly commissions as a one-time bonus.
2. From the rank of EA, you'll be motivated to move up to the TL rank. It is ideal for an EA to strive moving up to TL rank. For reaching BTL, he/she will be banking 12 Milestone Shares per 10 VP, for STL he/she will be banking 14 Milestone Shares per 10 VP, for GTL he/she will be banking 16 Milestone Shares per 10 VP, and for PTL he/she will be banking 18 Milestone Shares per 10 VP. This would mean substantial amounts are added to his/her monthly commissions as a one-time bonus every time a milestone is reached. This would also mean a significant increase in all activities that promotes growth of his/her SFI business.
3. From the rank of BTL to PTL, you'll be benefiting from the significant increase of growth- promoting activities of your PSAs fulfilling your first level requirement in maintaining your rank or moving up to the next rank.

- Designated Diamonds
If you're a Team Leader, you can use the Designated Diamond program to promote your most active PSAs. Identify five serious PSAs in your team and designate them to become Diamond Team Leaders. You're going to work with them closely towards achieving their ultimate goal of being Diamond Team Leaders. When you do this, you're promoting the growth of your PSAs to the highest possible rank level. With this ultimate goal of making your PSAs top earners and the additional $200 Signing Bonus both of you will commit to this program as SFI will be committed to both of you in making it a success. You'll see clearly that you're coming close to achieving your long term goal.
- The Biz Quiz
The Biz Quiz is an excellent way of encouraging and motivating affiliates to stay active. It promotes increasing and keeping up-to-date your knowledge about SFI and TripleClicks. When you supply a correct answer, you'll be earning “The Biz Quiz” badge which includes your rating and you'll be entered in the daily drawing of $50 to be added on the Signing Bonus account if become a winner. This tool is effective in helping you and your affiliates to stay focus in growing your own and your affiliates' SFI business.
- Simplified VersaPoints rules
The simplified VersaPoints rules will help eliminate confusion for all affiliates in accumulating their VPs. For EA, you need 1500 VP which could be a combination of actions (from To-Do List), sales and/or purchases from TripleClicks. For Team Leaders they still have to comply the minimum of 1500 VP each month from any combination of sales and/or personal purchases.The rest of their VP requirements, can be of any combination of actions (from To-Do List), sales, and/or purchases from TripleClicks.
Furthermore Team Leaders are not required anymore to have maximum VP from sales/purchase. As long as they have the minimum 1500 VP from sales/purchases, and have the minimum total VP for their monthly rank qualification, and have fulfilled the first-level PSA(s) requirement (e.g. one EA2 for the rank of BTL), they can continue to aspire and strive for the higher ranks to increase their commissions and growth of their SFI business.
- More VersaPoints opportunities
You can maximize your VP accumulation with TripleClicks Pricebenders auctions, EZ games, TC Music and Member Listings and set yourself as an example before your affiliates.
