Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

I would NEVER advise my downline to NOT grow and further succeed. I encourage anyone to encourage their downline to go for what that individual wants to go for. While you can give your downline motivation and tips/tools to help them move forward, unfortunately you CANNOT make some one invest time & money in their SFI/TC business. As a Team Leader, they receive more benefits from their efforts as do you as their upline. So why in the world, would you ever stop them from moving up in levels? ANSWER: You don't.
Hope this helped. Best wishes!

I've only been here a short time, but I would say, patience. If you don't have that, don't play. Secondly, TCredits...enough to be about to bid one after another quickly in order to be the last one to hit the button in that final millisecond.
Don't be concerned when you don't win many at first, the more you do it, the more you get the hang of how to finesse' the things and win more.
Try the auctions that are for people that have never won, (1WA) or auctions for those who have only won 1-9 auctions ever (Jr.). Stay away from Big Dog auctions for obvious reasons. Rejoice when you win and spread the word!

How do you get new PSAs to commit to SFI?

You cannot MAKE anyone commit to SFI. Unfortunately, you can only give your downline, the tools and as much motivational time as you can spare, depending on the size of your downline. Obviously, if you have a small number of affiliates to lead, then you can spend more time trying to get them to understand that SFI isnt a quick scheme, but an actual business, where while free to join and cheap to invest, its still a company you are starting on your own, SFI/TC is just helping you ALOT with your startup issues, you must provide the motivation and a little money, lets be honest.
I would just try to get that spark in to the PSA, like you ah hah moment you had when you decided SFI was worth the effort and money to pursue and COULD and probably would be the extra income answer or quit the job answer they were looking for.
Its a numbers game really, so the more PSA's you can aquire, the more chances you have to have go getters in your downline.
Best wishes.

Which helps my SFI business the most...playing Eager Zebra games or bidding on Pricebenders auctions?

BOTH, in different ways. If they did exactly the same thing, it would be silly to have both, right? lol....so I think games are fun, beneficial and if you win the jackpot very lucrative. Auctions also reward you for bidding in a couple of ways even if you dont win the bid upon item. Just look at the basic rules of each game or auction you are interested in and try a couple of each type and decide for yourself what makes sense for YOU. Hope this helps...
