Being a leader is not necessarily about being able to influence people, nor is it about trying to be above them.

I have worked for many years in the retail industry, I am a quiet reserved person, but in the working environment I always found myself taking control of situations, partly just by being good at my job, but partly just by being on the same level and communicating with the colleagues in my team.

A lot of what makes a good leader is having a true understanding of what you are leading them in so that you can best drive and motivate individuals to succeed

All you need to do is be able to listen, understand, reflect and support your team in every situation that they may encounter, I can guarantee you will never have all the answers you need, but that is where the support that you receive from those around you comes in to play.

In SFI you are surrounded by thousands of members that will be happy to help you in every way, if every you are stuck in a situation, all you have to do is ask. People helping people is the most natural form of leadership and is what will lead to your success as a Team Leader.

Many are saying you can't put SFI on autopilot, but you can to an extent!

It's something that would take a massive amount of effort on YOUR part to be able to reach that goal though, if you can build your income through SFI to the point that it becomes so big that it enables you to take on employees and pay them to do the work for you, only then would you essentially be able to run much of your SFI business on autopilot.

It is going to take considerable time and effort for you if you ever want to reach that stage, but if that's what you ultimately want to achieve get the head down and fully apply yourself to building your SFI business, the results are only ever going to be relative to the amount of effort you are personally prepared to put in to see your business grow

Simple answer is that it will be hard to convince anyone to do anything unless you can show them evidence of what it will help them to achieve.

One of the easiest things to promote would be if you have won anything from the Daily Grand. The easiest way of gaining entries in to the daily grand is to login to SFI every day and complete all the tasks, so if you can give your affiliates examples of your winnings from this it will show them the evidence which could just be the kick they need to get them active
