Here's one way:
1 - write down in point form the 5 most attractive things about SFI that made you sign up.
2 - Rate them in their order of importance to you. 1 being most important and 5 least.
3 - Point no:1 is your headline. Try to make it as short and as catchy as you can.
4 - Points no: 3,4 & 5 make up the body of your ad. Again try to write the point as short and as appealing as possible.
5 - Point no:2 is your base line. Try to write this point in just 3 -5 words.
6 - Make sure your SFI Gateway is carried on the ad next to a line that calls for action.
7 - Finally try and find an eye catching and relevant image to go with it.
* Make sure all your points are factually accurate and try to use words that are sincere and personal. Adjust the size and layout to fit the context of where you will be placing the ad. This approach will work even for audio or video ads.
Most importantly have a blast creating your very own ad. I wish you all the best.

If you're new in SFI and new to marketing, etc., how can you help a new PSA who needs guidance?

One of the great things about SFI is that even someone who is completely new can get up to speed very quickly and then help others too.
To do this SFI has 03 excellent methods:
1 - All the training material is provided free of charge at 'SFI Basics' and 'rules of success'. Don't just read these to gain the VP on offer. Study this material very carefully and repeatedly, especially if you are new.
2 - Your up-line. When you are faced with a question you do not know the answer to, you can always contact your up-line all the way the SFI management to get the answer and covey it to your team member.
3 - Read ASK SC tab questions as often as you can. These make up most of the frequently asked questions from Affiliates, and the answers provided by other senior members are extremely informative and useful.
These are the 03 primary avenues available to everyone at SFI to get up to speed and keep up with the latest. There are several other methods too. But you should find the answers to most team member questions here.
You don't have to be an expert to succeed at SFI. You just have to be ready to study, learn and never, never give up. All my very best.

What do successful Leaders in SFI know and do?

Successful leaders on SFI or anywhere else, first have to be great followers. A successful leader always starts by being a successful follower.
What do they know? They must always know more than their team. So they must read up more and keep reading up more all the time: No one wants to follow someone who does not know more than they do.
They must be excellent Visionaries who focus more on what can be, rather than on what is.
They are great communicators, motivators and ones who lead by example. They have a twinkle in their eye and a spring in their step at all times and are ready to put their shoulder to the wheel and work with their team when the going gets tough.
The most successful leaders don't just build followers, they are the ones who build other successful leaders.
Look out for them, latch on to them and catch their 'fire'. You will soon become one too.

What are the best ways to get AVP (Action VersaPoints)?

One word: DUPLICATION!
Without a doubt this has to be the 'best way' to get AVP.
Of course there are so many ways to get AVP, but that is NOT your question now, is it?
Duplication enables you to develop your team members into leaders (Bronze / Silver / Gold / Platinum) who know how to make their team members into leaders who understand the value of Duplication.
This is by far the best way to get AVP as it has no limit and continues to grow.
Make your primary focus, DUPLICATION and you cannot fail.

How can we get across to our affiliates that investing minor (at least) amounts of money into SFI is smart?

How to get across to affiliates that investing into SFI is smart?
Remember duplication? Show your team by example: Tell them three things - 1)How & what you have already invested in. 2) The results it delivered for you. 3) The time span between investment and return.(Be as specific as possible)
Select genuine workers who have this issue and send them a small gift to shop on TripleClicks for themselves. My Sponsor once sent me US$20 to shop on TripleClicks; what a lift I got! If you want people to invest, show them that you are prepared to invest too, in SFI AND in them.
I know his works because I experienced it myself. Go ahead and try it (make sure you carefully pick genuine workers only)The results will amaze you.
My very best with your team.

How do you get your affiliates engaged and conversing regularly with you?

As soon as an affiliate has signs up, welcome them to 'THE TEAM'. Introduce yourself not only as their team leader, but also as their personal guide to success with SFI.
This will make them feel comfortable to ask you for assistance and guidance when ever they need it.
Build a relationship with them both within and outside SFI. For example; send them a friend request on facebook, LinkedIn, or some other social network, so you can get to know them as 'people' not just 'affiliates', and they can get to know you.
Email them or call them up if you can. This will assure them that you are a 'real, live person' who is genuinely interested in establishing a connection with them and not just a digital response or phony name at some business response service.
Share with them some current personal experiences like the latest DVD you watched or your thoughts on some current world event etc; not just SFI business related matters.
Do what you would usually do to build relationships with people you have tangible contact with in your everyday life. (Although you have never met, seen or touched them, your affiliates are 'real people' too.)
Do this and you will make strong connections and friends for life from all over the world: That has to be one of my most favorite things about SFI.

1) Encourage all your affiliates to sign up as TripleClicks members too. (It's free so this should not be a problem)
2) Introduce them to the exciting things about TripleClicks; auctions / TCredit buys / WAVE3 / MRP etc. Then watch their progress.
3) Send out posts to your team about special bargains YOU'VE discovered on TripleClicks.
3) Send a small 'gift' of TCredits or cash (US$10 even) to those who have already signed up on TripleClicks to do some 'free shopping'.
4) Send out a team post to all congratulating those who got the gift to shop on TripleClicks.
If that does not get them excited about TripleClicks nothing will.
Do this and watch your team fly! All my very best.

Why is creating duplication in your SFI business important?

By yourself you can only do so much. BUT if there were several of you, imagine what you could accomplish.
This is the basic idea of duplication - multiplying yourself, your work ethic, your determination, your effort and above all, your results.
Two things happen with duplication;
1) You empower others to become successful too.
2) Their success enhances your success.
This is particularly so with SFI because of the structure of the operation - one of the best business models I've seen.
Duplication is a Key Pillar of the success and longevity of SFI.
Once you implement it, duplication will become the same to you too.
Be the best that you can be, then duplicate yourself; success is ensured all round.

How do I get my downline members to participate in my team contests?

You need to establish strong rapport between you and your 'Team' members to get them to participate or even respond to you on a regular basis.
One way of doing this that has worked well for me, is to establish lines of communication and build friendships outside the SFI platform as well. Connect up on Facebook, Linked-In, or similar social networks that they already use. Share emails, phone numbers etc if they are open to it.
This way you can keep in touch and maintain communication, even if they fail to check in at SFI daily. (Be careful not to continue to stay in touch with members who leave SFI - this is strictly prohibited)
You will find that your connection with team members take on a whole new dimension once your friendships extend even beyond SFI. Response and participation of team members becomes voluntary and enthusiastic.
This has worked for me and I know it will work for you. My very best as you lead your team and grow to your fullest potential with SFI.

Hi Friend,
Remember the adage; 'It is better to teach a person to fish than to give them a fish a day for the rest of their lives.'
Well, that's how far you should go.
Help your Affiliates to learn how to succeed at building their own business with SFI.
At the start it may require some hand-holding and even some hand-outs, but always teach the lesson and demonstrate it by your own actions too.
You may have to start by giving them a fish, then show them, and even go out to fish with them some times, but your objective must always be to guide them to become expert fishermen themselves.
That is how they will grow and you will grow too. Once they have learned how to teach others to fish . . . you my friend will be well on your way to leading a very successful and prosperous SFI TEAM.
All my very best.
