What's best to sell at TripleClicks? Cheap things or more expensive/more valuable items?

This is a very good question.
I think that most important is the quality of items. Sometimes customers are focused on prices, but there are others who don't care too much for price, but for the exclusivity of the product.
So, maybe is the best to have a combination of both.
You should also consider about competition, i.e. what others selling and what are their prices.
I hope that this will help.
I want to start a newsletter for my team of affiliates. Which topics should I focus on?

Starting a newsletter for a team of affiliates is a very good idea.
First, you can introduce yourself and to explain them what is yours main idea for starting a such newsletter, what are the benefits, and which topics you'll publish.
Also, and what is maybe of most importance, ask them for a opinion what they think about the topics of such newsletter, i.e. what they want to be inform about.
At such way, it would be more clearerly on which topics you should focus on.
I hope that this will help.

How do I maintain or boost momentum in my group?

"How do I maintain or boost momentum in my group?"
When you reach momentum in your group, this will be the most important factor in your SFI activities, success and income.
You can start to create momentum in your group when you reach at least five PSA' who will become at least EA2's (1st generation).
If they learn to do the same thing, then they put momentum at higher level (2nd generation).
It can be say then that you already maintain momentum.
When your 3rd generation start to do the same thing, that is very impressive boost without stopping.

What do you need to do to make sure your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages?

"What do you need to do to make sure your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages?"
Hi,
First of all, you should regularly send your mails to your CSA's and PSA's.
However, you can't never be 100% sure that they are receiving them.
If they receiving them, there is also a possibility that they don't read them.
The only factor that could indicate that they are receiving and read your email messages is when they answer at them (either regularly or occasionally).
Then it is a very good sign, and great chances that you can work with them in the future.
Hope that this will help you

Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?

"Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?"
I think that this is mostly because a lot of them join SFI for free and expecting some kind of passive income sites, or quick rich schemes.
Due that SFI is not such kind, that it have 17 years of highly reputable and successful business, with rules, and that here you should work at least half an hour per day, they just quit.
Some other reasons could be: investments with time or money, not-workers, curiosity, not well informed, etc.
Hope that this will help

I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

Hello,
This is very important question.
For building a such huge downline you'll need several factors:
-excellent advertising and marketing (free or mostly paid);
-every month S-builder;
-team co-op;
-winning at the auctions for PSA's and CSA's;
-duplication;
-every day's working with your down-line leaders;
-various rewards for the best affiliates;
-plenty of good luck; and
-time, i.e. you can't do all of this overnight!
I hope that this will help you.

What can I do with affiliates who become EA in the first month and then stop, saying SFI is not what they expected?

Hi,
That is a good question, because it is quite often situation for all of us.
Main reason for such is that it is very easy to maintain EA or higher status at the first month in SFI.
Due that at the second month it is more difficult to attain EA status without investing, many people got discouraged.
So, our task as their sponsor is to inform them about this situation at the first month, i.e. almost immediately, to avoid previous thing.
Now, if this happened, I think that you should contact them regularly and try to additionally inform them about all of the benefits of SFI.
Second, you should explain to them that first months are for education and team building.
Third, maybe you could offer them some reward for attaining the EA2 status.
Hoping that this will help...
Best Regards

Hello,
I think that the best ways to stay in contact with yours PSA's and CSA's through team mail. At such way you can be in legitimate contact and without any doubt.
The frequency of contact is very important.
You shouldn't contct them very often or very rare... The best solution is once a week (also 30 VP for a group mail).
The exception is only when they asking from you some information or help. Then you should response immidiately.
I hope that this will help you.
