Hi Carl! This is the million dollar question! I am not an expert by any means, but have been playing around with a method that seems to be taking off a bit.
The main thing is to explain to them how they can easily, with little cost, exponentially grow their income by becoming GOLD fast track, team leader, and finding 2-3 per month to do the same thing they did.
I explain the advantages of becoming a GOLD fast track member, mainly being immediately qualified as EA2 in their first 10 days and displaying the gold badge, setting the example for their PSA's, and - most importantly - getting 10% MORE VP for the Executive Pool - that's personal VP AND matching VP, for life.
Then, I explain that becoming a Team Leader is where their income can really start to grow because of the matching VP they get on all PSA's and CSA's that are EA2 or above - PLUS they get a share, or shares, of second-home CSA's each month that they can earn co-sponsor commissions and the matching VP.
It's really very simple to earn a large income with SFI if they just:
1) Become GOLD FT member,
2) Move up to Team Leader as soon as possible,
3) Find 2-3 per month to do the same thing.
If only all affiliates realized this, downlines would be exploding - I created a spreadsheet showing my new PSA's how utilizing the power of duplication, while being a team leader, can exponentially grow their income. So far the results are pretty promising.
