The first step in motivating your affiliates in other activities, is you being a model for them to follow.

Are you involved in the Forum? Do you post questions, and reply to other members queries? Have you got a Badge for Forum posts?

Are you participating in the different Eager Zebra games? Can your affiliates see the different Badges you have earned?

Do you tell your affiliates to participate in the Games, or the Auctions.

Have you told your affiliates that they can earn valuable VP from participating in the ASK SC

If your affiliates see your badges, they will try to follow your lead, and earn badges as well, be it from games, or Forum. or Ask SC.

Send your entire team news about what you have won in an auction, or how many VP you gained from ASK SC.

Make it seem like a lot of fun, which it is, to participate in the other activities, and soon every one will be involved in other activities, besides the TO-Do List

I believe that, even if I have my 5 future PTL affiliates, as per the PLAN, as you ask, I personally would carry on developing new future leaders, and my reasons are twofold

1 You might have a PTL affiliate, and for some reason he /she stops working for health reasons, or family problems, or other reason, so you need in my view more than 5 PSA's as top leaders

2 If you have your 5 already in place, and manage to get say another 5, you can than re-assigning them to PSA's in your downline, that are working, and doing everything they can, but have not get any team leaders in their downline.

Also as our president Gery, says, the money is in the matching VP, so if you can develop team leaders, I think you can help yourself, as well as your PSA's by re-assignments, and this is why I say, by all means keep recruiting and developing Team Leaders

I think that you should be honest, and tell any prospective affiliate, that joining is free, there is help 24/7 from a2a friends, the FORUM and ASK SC, there is an Internet Income Course, all of this is free, where other Internet business will charge for such benefits SFI does not.

Highlight the different streams of income available, giving a brief description of each one:

1 Duplication

2 TripleClicks Sales

3 Eager Zebra Games

4 ECA shop

5 PPA program

Emphasize the need for the new affiliate, that he / she must be prepared to spend at least an hour to learn how the program works, and also tell him / her, that this is a real business, and as any brick / mortar business there is going to be a need to spend some money, at least in the beginning, to help reach and maintain EA or Team Leader Status, until their downline starts to immolate them.

Recruiting PSA's:

When you recruit PSA's you have to wait at least 2 months, for them to qualify as EA2, then you can start earning from your PSA's in matching VP. If they put a SO in place straight away then you start earning quicker, but only a small percentage of new PSA's see the potential of a SO straight away

Recruiting ECA's:

Recruiting ECA's, is probably a quicker way to generate income faster. As soon as your ECA uploads the first product you get 100 VP, so if you recruit 10 ECA's you have 1000 VP in a month. You can also advertise your ECA's products and get a commission, and for that matter you will get a commission in any other rpoduct you advertise from any ECA in tripleClicks

Google's URL submit is very quick and easy. Just go to Google's web page for URL submitting, type in your URL, type in the message that ensures Google you are an individual not a software robot and click "add URL."

Since 2010, Yahoo search has been powered by Microsoft's Bing search engine. When you submit your site to Bing you will also show up in Yahoo's search results.

Bing allows you to submit your URL, just like Google and Yahoo!. Go to Bing's site submission page, type in the URL of your homepage (this is different than Google and Yahoo!). MSNBot will follow the links from your homepage to all of the pages on your site. Bing also requires you to identify yourself as a person, not an automated program, by typing the characters that you see in the picture.

To have improved ranking in the search engines, it is crucial to have a site that has focused keywords and the keywords placed in the meta tags in a strategic manner. The keywords should appear in your text more than once

Optimization in websites is nothing but placing the keywords and other phrases in the right place.

Include phrases as well as single keywords.

The reason for doing so is that the more specific the search term, the more targeted the level of traffic it will drive to your site.

Many pages that have optimized content lead to increased chances of the website being visited or found.

Give people the info they need, you can draw in exactly the kinds of people who are most interested in your products.

SFI just like any other venture requires an investment of time and money, all business have overheads, like rent, licences, wages/salaries, etc

In SFI you can treat your SO as your rent, and recruiting affiliates as your wages/salaries, your affiliates are your customers, their are the ones that do pay you, and while we are at it why not treat advertising as your licences? Do you see what I mean?

All business requires an input of time as well as money, and if you are determined you can skip a lunch out, and invest in a SO, either SBuilder, IAHBE, TCredits, or even a product that you normally buy somewhere else

As you say thousands of SFI affiliates are doing the same thing, but we all do it a little differently

You want to stand out, than:

1 Be always polite to your team members, a2a friends, and everyone in general

2 Do what you "preach", for example do not tell your team to have SO for IAHBE, if you do not have it yourself

3 Answer any questions from your affiliates, in a timely fashion

4 Get a group discussion going, about SFI/ TripleClicks

5 If you can, reward you working team members, with a GC, or TC's or even just
a personal mail, congratulating him/her, for any achievement. We all like recognition

6 Tell your team what your hurdles were when you first started, and how you managed
to overcome them

7 Start a co-op for your team

8 Send weekly or monthly Team mail, but also remember to pick a few affiliates every day, and send a small message, either congratulating, or giving some advise

9 Do not overlook your "non-workers", they might just surprise you, and star 8 months after enrolling, so keep in contact even if it's once a month

10 Last but not least, always encourage your affiliates, after all, we are only as
successful, as our weakest link

I am not on the big league yet, but I am succeeding, and I can say it's twofold

1 I had a great sponsor. I am one of the lucky affiliates, in as much as I had a goood sponsor from the word get go. He is a very good mentor, and has become a good friend

2 We have a very small team at the moment, but its a wonderful team, and I am talking about our team, as we are a here to help each other to reach the top, and have great team players in my first 3 generations
