How long should your PSAs and CSAs rely on your help will depend on the following points:
- As long as they don’t give up, it is your responsibility to help them, in regards to training and support in order to achieve their long term goal.
- As their Team Leader, you should have a clear definition of the help and support that correspond to your responsibility in making their journey with SFI a success.
- As their Team Leader, it is your responsibility to explain to your PSAs and CSAs that they are running their own SFI businesses.
- Your job is to help them succeed and realize the goals that they were looking to achieve when they joined in SFI. You’re not there to go out and do all of their work for them.
- You should spell out clearly to them that they’re building a long term SFI business and that you’re there to help them with their training as long as it needs to.
- You’re committed to help them understand, what it takes to establish a robust foundation, implement the process of duplication and help them to build and expand their network. You’ll make every effort to respond in their inquiries within 24 hours.
- You need to be clear to yourself and to communicate to them that growing their SFI business requires team effort and that’s why you’re providing them your full support to achieve their goals.
- You need to clearly understand and exhibit the mindset of being a builder for your SFI business and that it takes time to build a successful business.
- To clear out any misunderstanding, you need to know and communicate to your PSAs and CSAs that every affiliate who joined would own his/her SFI business: “It is my business, not my upline’s or my downline’s business and everything depends on me putting effort to succeed.”
- Analyze where you’re coming from and why you have asked the question “For how long should my PSAs and CSAs depend on me for help?” Are you feeling burdened or have fallen into “management mode?” This is a common trap that many network marketers find themselves in when they are focusing more on what their team is doing than on what they are doing themselves.
- If you train your PSAs and CSAs to depend on you by doing everything for them, you will never create the duplication and freedom you want.
- If you want to train your PSAs and CSAs effectively, remember your role is to help them get started right and to help them get their own SFI business going successfully.
My PSAs and CSAs can count on me for as long as I do my SFI business. As long as I remain as a member and in good standing, I will continually support them.
