All electronically delivered items are suitable for international customers, as well as any items from ECAs in their own country.
You can also look at all those products that are sold post free.
Anything that you can find that you think is good value for money when you have included any postal charges would be a good buy.
What are the easiest ways to become an EA (Executive Affiliate) every month?

By far the easiest way of becoming and maintaining EA is by purchasing a product or products to get your 1500 VP on a standing order every month.
This is the easy way but not necessarily the cheapest or the best way. Because SFI relies on duplication you would be better off diversifying a little and buying an SBuilder unit or PSA's to go. These can help you more towards your target which should be to build a successful business
If you could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

I think if I could start over I would be more conscious of building a team instead of rushing in to make team leader in the second month. As I only had 4 days of the first month this really meant making team leader in the first month.
It is very hard to keep that position without spending a lot of cash if you don't already have a team that is helping you to get VersaPoints.
In those first few weeks you do not have the experience to run a team with confidence and you are running on luck rather than knowledge.
As I did nothing for the first few days I didn't get my fast start bonus. This is something I would do given a second chance.
I feel I did not get the leadership I needed from my upline in those first days and weeks, although my Co-Sponsor gives plenty of encouragement my sponsors messages are few and far between.
I learned the hard way that VersaPoints are not everything and the promoting of the selling of TripleClicks items and building of a team is far more important.
I feel that I wasted my first weeks chasing the wrong dream and now I am paying the price for not receiving the advice and knowledge I deserved.

What was your greatest challenge to success in SFI...and how did you overcome it?

I think my greatest challenge was not trying to learn everything at once. Some uplines encourage you to try and do too much when first starting out. Some learn faster than others. You need to learn at your own pace,so I found it hard initially to not do too much.
How did I overcome it?
With a lot of willpower and the realization I was doing things that I did not really understand. I stopped doing some of the things I was doing and took time to read about the different aspects of SFI more thoroughly. This way I learned a lot more but advanced more slowly. Now if one of my affiliates asks a question I feel able to answer it.
I hope this helps you and wish you every success with your SFI business.

Which is more effective--distributing TCards online or in person?

Both ways of distributing the gift cards are effective.
When distributing in person you can see if the recipient is really interested or not. By speaking to them face to face you are more able to gauge whether they are likely to use their gift card.
With the online version, unless you build up a rapport with the recipient before offering them the gift card, you are going to have very hot and miss results.
If you take the time to build your friendship online then you may be able to gauge whether the proposed recipient will be likely to use the card or not.
The online cards offer a better response rate as you can put a time limit on the usage of the card and after the time runs out then you can re-use it. This will only be possible with the physical card if you ask the original recipient to return the card to you.

As a new Team Leader, what is the single most important thing I should be doing?

As a new team leader the single most important thing you need to do is follow your upline in what they are doing and then do the same thing with your affiliates and your promoting.
Duplication is the name of the game and the easiest way to keep your grading as team leader.
I hope this helps. I wish you every success in tyour SFI business
What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?

Affiliates should not just dive in without knowing what they are doing. It is easy to obtain EA status in the first month but it is no good doing that if they are going to be disappointed in the second month when the VersaPoints are not available without spending money.
Encourage your affiliates to read all they can about the program so they are aware of what the program is and what it is about.
I hope this helps.
What are the best products for a 1500 VP Standing Order to maintain EA status that are also useful for your SFI business?

It really depends on which way you are trying to point your business in. There are several products available, but in my case I generally go for TCredits as I can use them in the auctions and in the games.
Whatever you need to improve your business, and you have a use for will be useful for your business
How do you get new PSAs to commit to SFI?

The best way to get your PSA's to commit to SFI is to lead by example and to keep encouraging your new PSAs to follow what you are doing.
Start by getting a standing order for at least 1500 VP to ensure you always keep your EA2 status.
You need to be explaining the advantages of SFI to your new PSAs although I would be doing the same for my CSAs as well.
Why is it important to have team members to take on leadership roles?

As SFI works on duplication then you need to be a leader and also encourage those in your downlines to become leaders as well.
This is one of the ways to make an income in SFI so it is very important you do this. If you really want to get on in SFI then you need to be a leader. The more leaders you have in your downline the more money you are going to make.
