Make sure that they understand that there is something they need to do to qualify for W3 membership i.e. referring a new TC member every 120 days.
Explaining to them clearly the benefits and how to qualify for the W3 membership will lead you to the second question: how are you going to help them?
2. In what way are we going to help our team members if they are new to using the Internet?
- Direct them to the Marketing Center to familiarize themselves about the marketing methods.
- Discuss each marketing method with them and let them know that you’re available for whatever questions they may have.
- Do a review of the topic that you’ve covered so far before going to the next one.
- Share your experience to them in applying what you’ve learned from the Marketing Center.
3. And how to help them promote the W3 program without using the social media platform?
Their best option without using the social media is focusing on the traditional methods of advertising.
Methods of traditional marketing can include print advertisements, such as newsletters, billboards, flyers and newspaper print ads, wearable TC shirt, etc.
- Encourage them to do a review of the application of traditional marketing methods from the Marketing Center before launching their promotional campaign of the W3 program to their warm market.
- Give them your reassurance that you’re always available for full support.
- Give them tips of how to best approach their friends and family:
Use the friends and family as more of referrals source. How it works: Call them and let them know you’ve started a business and why.
From there ask them if you can put them on your email list so that they can stay up-to-date with your progress and if they can think of anybody now or while reading a follow-up email who are would like to have additional 5% discount/month on any one day’s Deal-of-the-Day TC products of their choice each month and more while not taking away from what they are currently doing.
This does two things…it prevents you from sounding like a hyped up sales person and secondly, when you ask if they know someone else who want to make extra money (have a specific dollar value), they will think…”well why aren’t you asking me if I want to?”
People get curious when something is not directly offered to them and by going this route…you’ve aroused their interest and most likely will raise their hand…if not, at least they are on your email follow up and when the time is right, they ask for more info or refer you to someone. As a result, you have the opportunity to nurture every lead.
