What qualities should we look for in our PSAs before sending them an invitation for the Designated Diamonds program? And where do I look?

Hi Denana,
I have been asking myself the same question, thanks for asking. The invitations that I have sent out so far are to those who are actively working and promoting the SFI program ... growing their team and supporting their team. They have a Standing Order and log in every single day.
I look at my Movers List first because I know who log in regularly by checking this list daily. Then I used my genealogy to identify Standing Orders. I am looking for people who are demonstrating that they are in it for the long hall. Lastly, I am looking to make sure that I am not offering it to someone who has just joined ... I need to see that they will stick with their initial commitment.
I am blessed to have quite a few of those people on my team. I think this is a great opportunity!

In what specific ways can individual SFI affiliates help SFI have a BIG year in 2016?

Hi Zulfikar Reshid,
I love this question because it benefits each and every one of us who are active in SFI. I think that each individual can help SFI to have a big year by doing the following things:
1. Remain active and role model how to develop one's own business.
2. Work with the workers. Build your team and then work with your team to teach duplication.
3. Encourage each new PSA to become a GOLD FAST-TRACK member so that they qualify for the higher signing bonus and can qualify as an EA2 right away
4. Purchase products from TripleClicks. Purchase things that you would already normally be purchasing ... but purchase them FROM YOUR OWN STORE. Again, teach this concept to our new PSAs.
5. Refer ECAs to help build the TripleClicks site
Again, great question! Thanks for asking!

I want to make sure my affiliates know about and understand the value of the new Milestone Shares. How do I do this?

Hi Rania,
Thanks for the question ... it is a great one!
I remember when I first joined SFI and I started sending team mails to my new PSAs. I wanted to share with them the things they needed to do and each team mail I would send would take me what seemed like forever to send because I would have to research every tidbit of information to make sure I was sharing the correct information. And guess what?
I became a GREAT student so that I could be a great leader. Now, each and every time a new change happens with SFI I find myself doing the same thing. I want to be sure to share the correct information .... AND be able to answer questions when asked of me ... so I research it and then paraphrase it into my own words.
This helps me to know that I have grasped the information in my own mind so that I am prepared to share it with others. Still, I may need to look things up or ask when a question arises that I do not know the answer to ... but fortunately we have an OUTSTANDING SFI community and so answers are never too long left unanswered.
So in short, my recommendation is to become the teacher and mentor and by doing so you will also be an EXCELLENT student!
I hope this helps.

How do you build a team where everyone knows they are valued members and part of something special?

Pamela,
GREAT question! That you are asking this question means that you care and want your team to know that. My answer is simple .... let this sincerity come through in your messages to your team.
Before sitting down to send a message, really think about what you are trying to convey. For me, and I am not sure how, but somehow, when I am focused and feeling strongly about that desire to show my team that I truly care and have their best interest at heart, the message comes across in my words. I think we must message and type with feeling for it to be realized.
I also recommend communicating with your team often ... about anything. Every message sent does not need to be about advancing in SFI. The idea is to build relationships and that means taking the time to get to know your team and allowing them the opportunity to get to know you. I think if you can e-mail them 3 or 4 times a week it is great and if not, do it as often as you can.
If you truly feel it the message will come through in your communications. One more thing that I might suggest is keeping an eye on the activity of your team. If you notice a sudden pattern change reach out to them and check in ... just make sure everything is okay, offer an ear or helping hand if possible. It shows that you care ... because you do.
I hope you found this helpful. Let your passion shine through!

What are the best products to buy at TripleClicks if my objective is to build my SFI business?

Hi Alvin,
I think when purchasing products at TripleClicks we want to think about how to get the best bang for our buck (so to speak). One way of doing this is to purchase marketing or marketing tools from ECAs who offer high VersaPoints for the price we are spending. This way we are supporting TripleClicks by spending our advertising dollars here and also earning valuable VersaPoints at the same time ... and building our business.
Just a thought~

Hi Ronald,
I am by no means a guru in advertising but my research is telling me that blogging is an important way to increase effectiveness of your site.
--Blog often because this helps web crawlers to detect activity in your site.
--Link your blog to your social media accounts so others can see what you are sharing
--Blog about different things to help create a connection. Connections are so important, they will in turn develop trust which will help land you the sale or sign-up.
Hope this helps.

How can we guide our new affiliates in a way that prevents or minimizes information overload?

Hi Darren,
Great question! So often I see affiliates not engage and when I send probing e-mails to try and learn why most often it is because they feel overwhelmed. So my answer here is simple ....
Keep it Simple.
Even though SFI does a GREAT job presenting information in an easy to understand format still new affiliates often need a little hand holding in the beginning. I send an e-mail with a link and direct them to one task. I then encourage them to e-mail me back once the task is done. Then I direct them ... with the link ... to the next task. It takes a little more time but seems to be a bit more effective and also engages the new affiliate and helps to begin our relationship and trust building.
I hope this helps.

Should I put my CSAs into the new CSA Exchange? If yes...or no...explain why.

Hi Romeo,
I think that putting CSAs into the Exchange if they are not active and show no potential of being active is a great idea. Having some CSAs who speak your language is a huge advantage I think. I know that when I first joined if I received messages that were in another language, I simply ignored them. I have grown in both my practice and thinking and now I keep Google Translate open almost always but for someone just starting out there is a lot of information to learn. Not having to work extra to glean that information I think is an advantage.
I personally am excited about the Exchange and commend SFI for thinking of such a great idea and opportunity for us Affiliates. We are truly blessed to have such leadership as we have in Gery and the SFI team.
Great Question and I hope my answer helped as you are contemplating your options.

What tips do you give to your PSAs in your welcome letter to them?

Hi Hristina,
I think this is a great question and I have to admit that I have tried many approaches in my Welcome to my new PSAs. Initially my approach was to try and create team spirit but lately I tend to lean more toward some practical points in getting started.
Simple things in which I also include the link such as the To-Do list and some information on how to earn income. I include the links so that my new PSA can simply click on it to be brought to their SFI log-in screen and then to the page that I am referring to.
I begin with a warm welcome and end with an offer for assistance. I also send an individual e-mail out to each new PSA (I copy and paste the same e-mail or send a Team Mail that same day depending on what I have available for electronic device ... Team Mails are easier from my laptop then from my phone).
I hope this has helped and given you some added ideas as you formulate your plan for welcoming your new PSAs.
