When seeking serious affiliates for SFI, what is the most important question to ask the prospect?

This is what I did,when I ask for the first time to my prospect.
I asked them, do you want to be a boss for yourself? Would you like to earn an income without limit?Do you want to improve your skills in the business?If that is what you want,then SFI is the right company for you.Imagine if you worked at SFI, how easy,without being disturbed by alarm that wake you up in the morning, even you can work without having to change your clothes, simply wearing pyjamas and slippers,without being disturbed traffic jam,bad weather disruption, even when there is a family who is sick we still can work, because all we can do at home.But we have to remember there is nothing free in this world, all we can get but we must to pay it.
So that we get comfort while working at SFI as well we have to pay for.The only tool that was used to buy the convenience of working at SFI is OUR COMMITMENT. commitment to never give up, a commitment to willing to learn, a commitment to willing to work hard.The same thing also there must be if we are working in the offline companies in general.The harder your desire to learn will increase your skills in the business.The harder you work the more you earn.
The most important difference is, SFI never limit your monthly income.Your income depends on your work.You are boss for yourself.
If you think they already understand and have a commitment to it, I think it would be easier for you to guide them.

I think SFI have the best answer for this question and I always keep on my mind
Below is what I found in Support Solution about Being a Team Leader.
"Here are some important things to remember about being an SFI Team Leader:
There's no reason for being a Team Leader unless you actually have a team! That is, all of the major financial benefits of being a Team Leader are derived from the override commissions (i.e., Matching VP) you earn on your team members. Sure, it's nice to have the prestigious rank of Team Leader, but it's a title only essentially if you don't actually have a team built under you to earn Team Leader commissions on.
Therefore, if you want to be a Team Leader in SFI, your focus (besides meeting your own EA qualifications of course) must be on recruiting affiliates and teaching them to become EAs and Team Leaders themselves (i.e. duplication).
This focus ALSO naturally earns you the points you need to maintain your Team Leader rank.
In short, focus on building a team of EAs and Team Leaders. Do so and you'll soon naturally earn the VP you need to qualify as a Team Leader yourself every month. And instead of just having a TITLE, you can also be earning THOUSANDS of Matching VP (not only on your PSAs, but also on all the EA2 in your entire group, including all your CSAs)!"
Personally I choose to maintain EA every month until I have a solid team,but SFI give us many opportunity to choose what we like.And all is up to you,good luck.!

What can I do with affiliates who become EA in the first month and then stop, saying SFI is not what they expected?

Answer their statement with your question.
You can tell them that everything requires a process, as well as in business.
Each process requires time, how can they say SFI gives no results as they would expect if they do not give the time and trying to grow their business?
How do they show commitment to their business if the first month they are quit?
Is it not too early say SFI gives no result as they expect?
Are they have a logical answer to the questions? If they have a logical answer (according to them) on this question, personally I would stop to support them, because they would just throw away my valuable time, they are not workers,they just can talk,no actions.
But if they are thinking and consider your questions, then this is the time for you to give them a more understanding, and of course constantly support them until they reached what they expect from this business.

What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?

First,ask him,why he thinks that's a waste of time? from his answer,then you can explain more detail about SFI in general included VP.
After all you can ask question to him,now can you understand valuable of VP?
With big chance to success,that SFI giving to us ( if we do ) no more reason thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time.

How do I get my sponsor to notice me and provide guidance?

For some reason I feel this question is ironic, because I think a sponsor should be active without notice by their affiliates ( downline ).
I had a very bad experience, because my direct sponsor (I don't know why,he chose op out from SFI) and I got new sponsor from SFI.
I sent him an email welcome and say about my need for his support.
Not just once I did it, but I never get a reply, although just saying "Hi".
I also always try to active in the forum, I ever got the Forum Guru badges , I try to answer Ask SC and got the VP for it. All I did to make my name always appears on the tab ' Movers ". At the beginning of the month I gave him rating 1 dan comments about my needs the support from him. I hope he'll start contacting me and behaved like a sponsorship,
But until I wrote this, he never contacted me, to the point I was thinking, did I see his picture on the his Leader Page is real?..
In the end I thought, okay ...I will walk alone, I don't want a negative response from my sponsor affects my step.
I assure myself, I can overcome everything without my direct sponsor.
Mr. Gery is my main sponsor, he was there for me 24/7 through the tools provided by SFI, and certainly all the tools provided by SFI is an initiative from him.
So in my opinion,try to notice and ask guidance from our sponsor it's good....but we have to prepare ourself with bad result ( no response from him ),because success is on depend on us not a sponsor.

What's best for team building...doing my own advertising or buying PSAs?

Both are good, I think no matter where it PSA came from,isn't a problem.The most important thing is. .. when we already got them .Can we build a solid team?Can we motivate them to Active?So in addition to thinking of choosing how to get PSA, I think we also have to learn how to maintain it.That means in addition to trying to get a PSA, at the same time we also need to learn how to be an awesome sponsor/leader. So our hard work to get PSA isn't in vain.It's just my opinion.

My answer is yes,of course worthwhile to us to sponsor them.Have a speak little English or have very limited computer/Internet experience is not big problem.as long as they are willing to learn and willing to work hard, everyone has the potential for success, and your task is to help them discover and develop their potential and abilities that are in themselves.

Personally I choose to become EA,that's 3 steps SFI Basic,in the same time we still can advertise ,as we know many traffic exchange outside there who give us opportunity to advertise for free.
Becoming EA you're also begin learn how to lead the team.Next step started thinking to advertise in places and ways that suit your budget.You can choose,where place give you a good result because you have experience before.

Both were good, I think not too important issue whether we contact through PSA mailer or directly to their email.The most important is to make them understand that we care and always ready to help when they encounter problems in running business in SFI.
In other words, the contents of our email that's more important.
There are times I send email directly to their email address,I did it when I feel need to an intense approach, this thing I had ever experienced when one of my team members who argued that the CSA that we get from SFI is just the trick.I think this is very serious and should be straightened out completely, in that moment I contact him directly via his email address.First I thought to chat with him via Skype, but I cancel, because I want to give a long explanation without interruptions from him, at the end of the email I give him a chance to refute my opinion if he think I am wrong.I was lucky, in the end he could understand my explain and no longer think the CSA is just trick.
That's the reason why I say both are good, just select that suit your needs.
