Many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list. How can I motivate them to do other activities?

As many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list, many more are not even interested at all,
in other words, getting the interested ones to do other activities require sound skill and a lot of proofs, else, the seemingly interested affiliates could get bored with so much activities if commensurate reward isnt flowing towards them.
Should I or shouldn't I participate in the SFI PPA program?

There is no restriction to participation in SFI programs, of which SFI PPA is part, as long as one meets the basic requirements, terms and conditions
Understanding of the different available programs come with time and the more the knowledge, the more the flexibility of practice and approach.
Participation unravels more secret to success and presents various activities one can choose from.
How can you determine what TripleClicks product(s) a person might be interested in?

To determine what TripleClicks product(s) a person might be interested in, sex identification takes the lead.
Other determinants may evolve as a result of interaction,
intimacy,
social status,
cultural background,
religious beliefs,
educational background,
level of exposure and little of physiological/ psychological assessments.
Chosen Career has a magnetic influence too with little human guess work.

Becoming a great salesman or saleswoman requires knowledge in diverse ways,
1, of self, to remain focussed without minding external pressures and forces, one should stand and never give in.
2, knowledge of possible reation from different people, this is so critical as a single person is capable of dis-organising one, if care is not taken, so, pre-knowledge of future customer's behaviour is critical, and should be handled critically, as many situation will influence several people's attitude at a point in time.
3, knowledge of season, to determine which product sells better at a particular period.
4, knowledge of product, which to a large extent determines the degree of acceptance by people.
Great salesman/woman must possess this as it is a convincing element of trial by prospects who are just getting to see, hear and know about the product.
Of great importance too is having the courage to reach out to as many as possible, even though, with marketing skills, to go by the way of some selected ones as time/ season/ environment/ mood dictates

Is it worthwhile to create individual, personalized welcome letters to new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profile?

It is worthwhile, this creates a familiar environment for new PSAs, who could have carried a biased mind at inception, this would definitely get them convinced that no machine manipulation is active
Getting such introduction from an experienced Affiliate provides a soft, safe and reliable information, it opens ground for friendly interactions.
Even though one should be careful at handling such, because new PSAs might not be aware of the system that exposed their Profiles to an unknown Sponsor (sometimes), skillful composition would do a great job.

Getting Affiliates to become SERIOUS business builders in SFI requires one's personal identity with the business,
It starts with self attitude and seriousness with a lot of consistencies.
Personal records matter so much, as this establishes the positive attraction and strong element of control.
Real essence of doing the business should be distinctly marked out as this propels one's Affiliates to aspire even higher. Results should be shown in earnings, honours, recommendations, ranks and so on.
All these, boost morale and get Affiliates focussed and SERIOUS.

Is it better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about...or more lengthly, detailed information?

Prospects are yet to be Affiliates, they should be provided with a brief overview of what SFI is about.
This would be consciously done to maintain a neutral field of interest and avoid complexities.
As well known, SFI has gone through a brilliant process of reviews and upgrades over time, attempts at presenting details will only leave several prospects confused and make the whole presentation cumbersome.
